The Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Tuesday, that areas of Turkish – Russian truce and the demilitarized zone, are witnessing exchange of targeting and shelling between the regime forces and the factions, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored factions operating in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, targeting positions of the regime forces in areas in Khan Tuman area, also, the regime forces shelled places in Kafr Hamra and other places in the northern and north-western outskirts of Aleppo, while the factions fired 3 rocket shells on places in the Nile Street neighborhood in the western part of Aleppo city which is controlled by the regime forces, the regime forces also renewed their rocket shelling today evening on places in the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, and in Idlib countryside, and the Syrian Observatory monitored that the clashes renewed in the area of Al- Katiba Al-Mahjoura east of Idlib, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham and other factions operating in the area, accompanied by exchange of targeting and shelling, along with bringing more military reinforcements by Tahrir Al-Sham to the area which is near the command room of the regime forces’ operations east of Idlib, after the reinforcements which it brought about 48 hours ago, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the regime forces violated the Russian – Turkish truce again in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them targeting using heavy machineguns’ fire areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town, and by several artillery shells areas in al-Bana village located within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, also the regime forces shelled areas in Abad west of Abu al-Duhur in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in Qatrah village in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, also places in Jazraya town in the southern countryside of Aleppo were shelled by the regime forces, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that shelling and exchange of targeting continue within the demilitarized zone at the abandoned battalion area in the eastern countryside Idlib, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions working in the area, in conjunction with renewed clashes between both parties in the area, while the Syrian Observatory documenting casualties against the backdrop of shelling, targeting, and clashes, where at least 3 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in the area and confirmed information about casualties in the ranks of the factions, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham brought military reinforcements during the past 48 hours to points of contact with the regime forces in the area close to the command of the regime forces operation room in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, and with killing more members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, it rose to 21, the number of casualties of the regime forces and their allies who were killed within the demilitarized area in the countryside of Hama, Latakia, Idlib and Aleppo, during shelling, targeting, and clashes against factions working in these areas in the period since the 15th of October 2018 until today, Tuesday, the 13th of November 2018.
The Syrian Observatory published this morning that The demilitarized area and the Turkish – Russian truce areas in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia are witnessing the continuation of violations in various areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored dawn of today, the 13th of November 2018, violent clashes took place near regime forces’ operations command Room east of Idlib, specifically in the abandoned battalion area in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions operating in the area including jihadis, along with exchange of shelling and targeting, where the regime forces shelled places in the areas of Tawil al-Haleeb and al-Mshirfah, in conjunction with targeting by the factions for the regime forces in the area, while the targeting and shelling are still taking place sporadically, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations within the demilitarized zone and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce which is supposed to be applied in Latakia, Idlib, Hama and Aleppo, where the regime forces shelled places in the vicinity of Sukayk village in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in the vicinity of Al-Lataminah town, and the villages of Lahaya and Al-Sakhr in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also targeted by shells, places in the areas of Al-Leiramon and Al-Rashideen in the western and north-western suburbs of Aleppo, without information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that monitored the return of violations to the demilitarized area and the Turkish – Russian truce areas, hours after the cautious calm that prevailed the area, where the regime forces targeted using heavy machine guns areas on the outskirts of al-Lataminah town within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, thus, documenting a new breach after more than 13 hours of cautious calm in the area.
