After hours of calm, the regime forces violate the Russian – Turkish truce gain and target towns within the demilitarized area
Few hours of clam prevailed within areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area, before the regime renewed this morning, Thursday, the 15th of November 2018, after calm prevailed since after midnight of yesterday until morning, where the Syrian Observatory monitored rocket shelling by the regime forces this morning targeted areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, accompanied by targeting using heavy machineguns for places on the outskirts of Morek town north of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that violations continue within the Turkish – Russian truce areas and the demilitarized area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more of these violations on the evening of the 14th of November 2018, where the targeting was renewed between the regime forces and the jihadi factions in areas in the northern countryside of Latakia, and in Aleppo, the regime forces shelled in the evening places in the scientific research area and al-Rashedin on the western outskirts of Aleppo, while clashes and exchange of fire took place in al-Masasneh area in the northern countryside of Hama, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions working in the area, amid renewed shelling and targeting by the regime forces targeting places on the outskirts and surroundings of al-Lataminah, KafrZitta, al-Sakhr, and al-Jisat in the same countryside, also the factions targeted sites controlled by the regime forces in Hamamiyyat area north of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights member documented the death of a member of the regime forces by a sniper shot by Jaysh al-Izza faction in the northern countryside of Hama, raising to 22, the number of members of the regime forces and their allies who were killed in the demilitarized area in the countryside of Hama, Latakia, Idlib, and Aleppo in the shelling, targeting, and clashes against the factions.
The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the regime forces continue their rocket shelling on areas in the northern countryside of Hama in the demilitarized area, where the regime forces renewed their targeting by artillery shells on places in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town and the villages of M’aarkbeh and Tal al-Sakhr north of Hama, in a new and continuous breach of the Turkish – Russian truce, where the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that areas in the northern countryside of Latakia within the demilitarized area, there are witnessing exchange of targeting between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and between jihadi factions operating in the area, while the regime forces targeted using Heavy machineguns again areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town and Tal al-Sakhr village, accompanied by artillery shelling by the regime forces on the outskirts of al-Lataminah town and other areas in the vicinity of M’aarkbeh village within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, within the continuous violations within the Russian – Turkish truce, without any interference or stopping these violations by the parties that guarantee this alleged truce, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that violations continue within the Turkish – Russian truce area and the demilitarized area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces targeted al-Mansoura town in the western countryside of Aleppo after midnight of yesterday, also the regime forces targeted using heavy machine guns places in M’aarkbeh village in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about human casualties yet, while a fighter of the rebel factions was killed in targeting by the regime forces for a point of the faction in Hayyan area at the northern countryside of Aleppo, raising to at least 46, the number of who have been killed in clashes and shelling by the regime forces at the northern and northwestern countryside of Aleppo, Idlib countryside, and Hama countryside, since the start of the demilitarized buffer area agreement on the 17th of September 2018, they are 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes -including at least one leader- in the northern countryside of Hama, and 9 people were killed as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 citizen women were killed as a result of shelling on al-Raffa village, and a fighter of the factions was killed in shelling by the regime forces in Hayyan area north of Aleppo, and a member of engineering in the factions was killed in the shelling that targeted Hayyan, and a child was killed in the shelling that targeted Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, and a civilian was killed in shelling on Kafr Hamra on the 25th of September 2018, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 21 members of the regime forces and their allies within the demilitarized area in the countryside of Hama, Latakia, Idlib, and Aleppo, during bombings, targeting, and clashes against the factions.
