Shelling the demilitarized area kills a woman and her son and raises the death toll 102 since mid-October in a breach of the Putin – Erdogan agreement

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of mutual violations by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and the factions operating in the area, where the Syrian Observatory monitored intensive shelling targeted Qatrah village in the southeastern sector of Idlib countryside, which killed a woman and her son and injured others including 2 children, also the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting by the regime forces for areas in the villages of al-Bwayda, M’aarkbeh, and the vicinity of al-Lataminah in the northern sector of Hama countryside, and no information about injuries until now, also the rebel and Islamic factions targeted sites of the regime forces in Abu Dali, Sinjar, Om Hartyn, and Atshan in the southeastern countryside of Idlib and the northeastern countryside of Hama, and information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties, raising to 3 (a woman, her son, and a child), the number of people who were killed in the last 24 hours of shelling on the demilitarized area and the Russian – Turkish truce areas.

In the same context, it rises to 102, the number of civilians, fighters, and members who were killed during the last month, and the casualties are a woman and her son were killed in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village, 9 people were killed as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 citizen women were killed as a result of shelling on al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling on Babulin village in the northern countryside of Idlib, and a female child was killed in the shelling that targeted Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, and 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city.

Also, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5 fighters of “Wa Harred al-Mu’minin” Operation room fighters were killed during attacks they carried out against locations of the regime forces in Sahl al-Ghab on the 16th of November 2018, and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes -including at least one leader- in the northern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that it rose to 46, the number of casualties of the regime forces and their allies who were killed within the demilitarized area in the countryside of Hama, Latakia, Idlib, and Aleppo, during shelling, targeting, and clashes against the factions in a full month.
