Breaches of Putin – Erdogan agreement continue through successive shelling by the regime forces on Idlib sector after a series of targeting in the area

The shelling continues in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces and the demilitarized area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces shelling areas in the towns and villages of Om al-Khalakhil, al-Mshirfah, al-Zarzour, and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other areas on the road between the Khan Shaykhun city and Babulin town in the southern countryside of Idlib, after exchange of shelling and targeting took place after midnight of yesterday on al-Samadaniyah area in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, between “jihadi” factions working in the area against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, but no information about casualties until now, where the area witnessed 2 days ago violent attacks killed and injured tens of both parties mostly of the regime forces, while the Syrian Observatory published on yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations to the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce ,where areas in Al-Lataminah town and its outskirts in the northern countryside of Hama, were subjected to artillery shelling by the regime forces, while the regime forces targeted by heavy machineguns, areas in Hasaraya village in the same countryside, in conjunction with shelling on areas in the vicinity of Al-Zakah village and other places in Al-Khwaiyn area in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also shelled areas in Jabal Al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, which caused material damage, while the regime forces targeted areas in Sahl Al-Ghab, in the north-western sector of Hama countryside, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that a woman and her son died affected by the injury they had as a result of the shelling which targeted areas in Qatrah village south-east of Idlib, within the demilitarized zone, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored the continuation of mutual violations by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and the factions operating in the area, where the Syrian Observatory monitored intensive shelling targeted Qatrah village in the southeastern sector of Idlib countryside, which killed a woman and her son and injured others including 2 children, also the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting by the regime forces for areas in the villages of al-Bwayda, M’aarkbeh, and the vicinity of al-Lataminah in the northern sector of Hama countryside, and no information about injuries until now, also the rebel and Islamic factions targeted sites of the regime forces in Abu Dali, Sinjar, Om Hartyn, and Atshan in the southeastern countryside of Idlib and the northeastern countryside of Hama, and information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties, raising to 3 (a woman, her son, and a child), the number of people who were killed in the last 24 hours of shelling on the demilitarized area and the Russian – Turkish truce areas.

And the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 9 people who were killed as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 citizen women were killed as a result of shelling on al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling on Babulin village in the northern countryside of Idlib, and a female child was killed in the shelling that targeted Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, and 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city. Also, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5 fighters of “Wa Harred al-Mu’minin” Operation room fighters were killed during attacks they carried out against locations of the regime forces in Sahl al-Ghab on the 16th of November 2018, and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes -including at least one leader- in the northern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that it rose to 46, the number of casualties of the regime forces and their allies who were killed within the demilitarized area in the countryside of Hama, Latakia, Idlib, and Aleppo, during shelling, targeting, and clashes against the factions in a full month.
