Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham arrests people in the eastern countryside of Idlib and takes them to its headquarters in the area

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham has carried out new arrests in Saraqib town in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: a group of Tahrir al-Sham stormed one of the houses in Saraqib town and arrested 4 people, but no information about the reasons and the nature of the arrest, and they were taken to a destination that is still unknown until now, and the Syrian Observatory was published on the 14th of November 2018 that the jihadi Organization of Hurras al-Dien and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham share control of Saraqib town in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, although both parties imposed a security cordon on the town, but the residents and people of Saraqib could not roam it at night fearing any kidnapping, theft, murder, ands arrest that may be carried out by Tahrir al-Sham and Hurras al-Dien, where the pretexts are always ready, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored during the period between early October 2018 until the 14th of November 2018; monitored 21 cases of detention by checkpoints and members of Hurras al-Dien and Tahrir al-Sham in the town on various counts and pretexts, the latest of which was the arrest that took place on Wednesday morning, when Tahrir al-Sham arrested 2 people on charges of “belonging to the Islamic State Organization,” and were taken to an unknown destination until now, and the charges and pretexts for the remaining arrests -which take place almost daily- varied, such as “adultery, robbery, insulting the divine, criticizing either party, etc.,” , many of these arrests were made through joint patrols of members of both parties. And in Kafrnebbul town in the southern sector of Idlib countryside; the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a group of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham during the past 24 hours arresting 3 people of the Free Idlib Army faction -including 2 leaders-, and they were taken to an unknown destination.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Saturday, the 10th of November 2018 that members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham carried out at dawn of today, Saturday, the 10th of November raids and arrests in Talmanas town, which is located in to the east of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham stormed at dawn Talmanas town, and arrested about 12 people on charges of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization, and took them to an unknown destination until the moment, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 1st of November 2018 that the Syrian Observatory monitored that the number of casualties of the organization and the cells rose to 102 members of ISIS and its cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 44 where executed by slaughtering them or directly shooting them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib,  after they were arrested previously within the campaign of arrests which targeted tens of persons on charge of these accusations, and which sometimes witnessed violent clashes between members of these cells and members of Tahrir Al-Sham, as well as the executions that used to be carried out directly, or through mass targeting to positions and headquarters of these cells, and this is the first execution to be carried out within the Russian – Turkish demilitarized area, which was specified within the Russian – Turkish agreement that recently reached.

Security forces in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions of Syrian and non-Syrian nationality have repeatedly failed to control this security chaos, despite their security operations that caused the arrest of cells belong to the “Islamic State” organization, and other cells responsible for kidnappings, assassination attempts, and assassinations, but these operations have not been able to achieve any complete results, but the cells have remained as it is wandering within the areas in which they have caused an uncontrolled security, where the cells are reducing their activity with each military operation, and get active again as security operation ends.
