As regime forces continue targeting areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, more than 18 shells fall over neighborhoods of Aleppo within the demilitarized area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed and increased violations within areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area, where more than 18 rocket shells launched by the factions landed after midnight of yesterday and dawn of today on places in the neighborhoods of Zahra, Nile Street, Shahba, Shihan area and its surroundings, and other places in the western part of Aleppo city, which is under the control of the regime forces, amid shelling by the regime forces targeted sites and factions’ controlled areas in the western and northwestern suburbs of Aleppo, while the regime forces continued to target using shells and heavy machineguns places in al-Lataminah town north of Hama and Sarmin town northwest of Hama after midnight of yesterday and Wednesday morning, but no information about casualties until now, and the Syrian Observatory published Tuesday evening, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces and renewed exchange of violations to the Russian – Turkish truce applied since the 15th of August 2018, where the regime forces targeted areas in villages of Al-Zakah, Al-Jisat, Al-Sakhr, Lahaya and Al-Arba’in within the northern sector of Hama countryside, in conjunction with targeting to the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town in the same countryside, the regime forces also targeted areas in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia within the demilitarized zone established in accordance with a deal between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Receb Tayyip Erdogan, while information was received about the death of a member of the regime forces affected by the injury he had as a result of targeting by a rebel division in Jabal Al-Turkman area in the northern countryside of Latakia, the regime forces also targeted areas in the lands around Al-Hbit town in the northern countryside of Idlib, without information about injuries, while the “jihadist” factions targeted positions of the regime forces in the area of Tell Allush in the southern countryside of Aleppo, without information about casualties.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces violating the Russian – Turkish truce, where the truce areas witnessed an expansion of shelling, and the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling targeted the northern countryside of Hama, where the artillery and rocket shells targeted the villages of al-Arba’in, al-Zakat, Jaberiyyeh, Tal Hawash, al-Sakhr, and zakat, coincided with targeting areas in al-Lataminah town which injured several people, also the regime forces targeted areas in the southern sector of Aleppo countryside in Jazraya, Talafeh, al-Osmaniyyah, and Zammar which injured several people, while the factions targeted positions of the regime forces in Sahl al-Ghab area at the northwestern sector of Hama countryside which caused more material damage, but no information about casualties, also the regime forces targeted during the past hours areas of al-Hadadah and Tardin in Jabal al-Akrad within the demilitarized area in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, the regime forces also shelled places in Zammar area in the southern sector of Aleppo countryside, coincided with shelling targeted Lahaya area in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage but no information about injuries, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a cautious calm has been prevailing areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, interrupted targeting using heavy machine guns and shells by the regime forces this morning and after midnight of yesterday, where they targeted places in al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, also the Syrian Observatory monitored clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the Rebel and Islamic Factions, in places in Tal Mammo area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory published on yesterday evening that the demilitarized zone and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce are witnessing escalation in terms of the violations within areas in them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today evening, Monday, the 19th of November 2018, renewed and violent clashes in the areas of Zarzur, Al-Khwaiyn and Sham Al-Hawa in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against factions operating in the area, accompanied by heavy exchange of shelling and targeting, and preliminary information about human losses in the ranks of the both parties, while the regime forces shelled areas today evening, Monday, in the southern, eastern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, targeting Al-Taman’aa, Al- Katiba Al-Mahjoura, Zarzur, Al-Khwaiyn and Sham Al-Hawa, they also shelled areas in Al-Zakah town and Al-Jisat village in the northern countryside of Hama. In the same context, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3 fighters of the factions in clashes against the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in Al-Rashideen area in the western suburbs of Aleppo yesterday evening, Sunday, thus, it rose to 31, the number fighters who were killed in different circumstances in the demilitarized zone since the deal between Putin and Erdogan, including 23 fighters of Jaysh Al-Izza among them there was one commander at least, who were killed in ambushes, clashes and attacks by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama.
