Security chaos in Idlib kills prominent activists in the Syrian revolutionary movement

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the town of Kafrnebbul in the western countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man city within the southern countryside of Idlib countryside, witnessed gunfire caused by shooting 2 prominent activists of the Syrian revolutionary movement by unknown gunmen, they are Ra’ed al-Fares and Hammoud Junaid, where the shooting caused them serious injuries and they died affected by them, where they were known for their positions on the arrests of factions, the sole control of a party, and the security violations and abuses of the forces present in Idlib and the Syrian north, amid tense situation in the town in the aftermath of the assassination that took place in the town on Friday the 23rd of November 2018, and the inability of the factions to protecting the area to end this security chaos, which is getting worse by the day, and is getting out of control, and with the fall of more casualties it rises to at least 395 people, the number of people who were assassinated in the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 95 civilians including 14 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 256 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 42 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today that  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination in the Syrian north within the continuous security chaos in Idlib and the surrounding countryside, where a former faction leader was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in front of his home in Batbu village in the western countryside of Aleppo on Thursday evening, the 22nd of October 2018.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 21st of November 2018 that incidents of security chaos are continuing in Idlib province, leaving more human losses in every time, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen has assassinated a local commander in an Islamic Corps close to the Turkish authorities, by shooting him in Al-Janudiyah area in the western sector of Idlib countryside.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that it learned that a relief organization operating in Idlib province has suspended its activities in the area, protesting the kidnap of a relief official 2 days ago in Idlib city, where the Syrian Observatory published on Monday, the 19th of November 2018 that, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored unknown gunmen abducting a relief official in an organization working in the countryside of Idlib, where the people accused Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham of kidnapping him, while reliable sources confirmed that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham arrested a former leader in the “Islamic State” organization who returned to a town months ago, while an IED exploded in a car of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in Darkush area, which injured 3 members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the security chaos is still claiming lives one day after the other in areas of control of the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the “jihadis”, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored finding the body of an old man on the road of Filoun -Idlib killed by suffocation, by the causes and circumstances of his death remain unknown until now.
