Hours after a massacre claimed the lives of 9 children and citizen women…the regime forces kill a child girl by renewed shelling raising to 116, the number of those who have been killed since the disarmament deal

Violations are continuing at an escalated pace in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Idlib, Aleppo, Latakia and Hama provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations that targeted areas in the northern countryside of Hama and the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, where the regime forces shelled this morning, areas in Al-Lataminah town and its outskirts in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the regime forces targeted after the midnight of Saturday – Sunday, areas in the vicinity of Kafr Zita town in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also targeted with artillery shells, areas in the towns of Jarjanaz, Qarati, Abu Makkah, Um Rajm, Um Jalal and Al-Khwaiyn, in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, which resulted in the death of a child girl and the fall of wounded in Jarjanaz town, raising to 116, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city.

Also the Syrian Observatory documented that 37 fighters were killed various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 5 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, while the Syrian Observatory documented the deaths of 46 members of the regime forces and their allies who were killed within the disarmed area in the countryside of Hama, Latakia, Idlib, and Aleppo, during shelling, targeting, and clashes against the factions.

And the Syrian Observatory also published last night, that it monitored more violations ion the Russian – Turkish truce, where Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham targeted by several rocket shells Tal al-Borkan area which is controlled by the regime forces in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, which caused more material damage, but no information about casualties has been received so far, also the regime forces targeted areas in al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with the fall of shells on Kafr Sajna area in Idlib countryside, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in al-Lataminah town and places in Janabera village in the northern countryside of Hama, coincided with shelling targeted areas in al-Taman’aa town in southern countryside of Idlib, also Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham targeted the areas of Ma’an and Atshan in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about injuries.
