The International Coalition withdraws from Al-Tank base to Al-Omar Oilfield and commanders of the Kurdish forces explore the field situation and more than 50 vehicles enter the contact lines

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 10 vehicles entered today dawn at 4:30 pm, Sunday the 25th of November 2018, the contact lines with the controlled areas of the “Islamic State” organization at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, with members and commanders of the Kurdish forces on board, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the shelling on the enclave that the organization controls, stopped today, Sunday, at 3:00 pm, where the International Coalition warplanes returned to target areas in the enclave today after noon, while reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that the International Coalition’s forces have withdrawn from Al-Tank Oilfield, to their base in Al-Omar Oilfield, while reinforcements have arrived in Al-Tank Oilfield where the number of the troops of the Syria Democratic Forces who have arrived in the oilfield exceeded 1000 fighters, also reliable sources confirmed the entry of at least 50 vehicles with hundreds of the SDF members aboard, today at 19:15, to support the contact lines with the “Islamic State” organization in the outskirts of the enclave it controls at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored that the International Coalition warplanes carried out a new massacre in Al-Sha’afah town, which is located within ISIS last enclave at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where the bombardment on the town resulted in the death of 14 persons at least including 5 children and 4 citizen women, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries, raising to 31 including 10 children and 7 citizen women, the number of people who were killed in the past 48 hours in bombardment by raids by the International Coalition warplanes on the enclave that the organization controls, while the Syrian Observatory has documented the death of 53 casualties in the ranks of the organization, while it documented the death of 79 members at least of the SDF who were killed in the bombing, clashes, shelling, and raids within the last enclave of the Organization east of the Euphrates River, as well as the capturing of more than 18 fighters of the SDF by the organization, in addition to executing another fighter captured by the organization, where this toll is the largest one of fighters killed in a single battle, and with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 265 including 92 children and 64 citizen women (including 134 Syrian citizens including 55 children and 35 women of Syrian nationality), which increased the number of people who were killed according to the 3 stages of the Coalition bombing, which was divided by the Syrian Observatory to 3 phases, the first of which is the first month of the military operation in which the Syria Democratic Forces and the Coalition advanced in the last enclave of the organization and controlled al-Baghuz, al-Susah, al-Shajla and parts of Hajin and the advanced in other outskirts and areas of the enclave, where Coalition airstrikes killed at least 5 Syrian civilians, and this first phase was from the 10th of September to the 10th of October 2018, while the second phase was from the 10th of October to the 28th of the same month, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the death of 47 civilians including 14 children and 7 women, including 15 Syrians including 8 children and 3 women, they were killed in airstrikes by the International Coalition warplanes which targeted at least 4 mosques, a Koranic school, and civilian homes, while the third stage represented by shelling by the International Coalition and killed 213 civilians including 78 children and 57 women, including 114 Syrian citizens including 47 children and 32 women, in several areas under the control of the “Islamic State” organization at the eastern bank of Euphrates River, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

Also, it rose to 731, the numbers of fighters of the “Islamic State” organization who were killed in the bombing, clashes, shelling, and raids within the last enclave of the Organization since the 10th of September 2018, and it rose to 439, the number of SDF members killed since the 10th of September 2018.
