Days after visiting fronts of the east of Euphrates, Gulf delegation visits Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) city and meets SDF leaders
Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a delegation is visiting Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) city in the northeastern sector of Aleppo countryside, which is controlled by YPG and in the area there are bases of the International Coalition, and in the details obtained by the Observatory: a delegation from the Arabian Gulf is visiting Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) city, and the delegation met with leaders from the Syria Democratic Forces in the area to discuss the east of Euphrates and its future, as well as the military and administrative conditions in the area, and the meeting was accompanied with the flight of International Coalition warplanes over the area.
The Syrian Observatory published on the 18th of November that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from reliable sources who confirmed that a column had entered about 72 hours from now to the contact area with the last enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization, and in the details obtained the Syrian Observatory: a column of Arab Forces of a Gulf country arrived at 6 a.m. and exited at 4 p.m. from the contact area with the Organization, at the east banks of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where vehicles different from the vehicles of the International Coalition were seen driven by Arabic-speaking drivers, and until now the reasons for the visit and its enter for the area were not known; whether it was a visit or preparations for an Arab participation in the military operations against the “Islamic State” Organization east of Euphrates.
