The regime forces continue their breaches to “Putin – Erdogan” deal targeting both Hama and Idlib countryside within the demilitarized zone

The regime forces carried out a new round of violations within the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce and the demilitarized zone, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today evening, Monday the 26th of November 2018, that the regime forces carried out a rocket shelling targeting places in the towns of Al-Ziyarah and Khirbat al-Naqus in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, as well as other places in the vicinity and outskirts of Al-Lataminah town and Al-Sakhr and Hasaraya villages in the northern countryside of Hama, in addition to their targeting by heavy machineguns to places in the agricultural lands around Sukayk town in the southern countryside of Idlib, without information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored renewed violations in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the regime forces targeting areas in al-Lataminah town and its outskirts using heavy machine guns, after targeting using artillery and heavy machineguns for areas in the vicinity of Morek town and Abu Ra’idah village, located within the demilitarized zone in the northern countryside of Hama, also the regime forces launched mortar and artillery shells on areas in al-Tamanah town and the vicinity of Sukayk village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties at the moment, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that calm returned to prevail relatively in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce interrupted by breaches in its areas, after an escalated breaches by the regime forces and their allies and Russians, and by the rebel and Islamic factions and the “jihadi” factions in the provinces of Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored again targeting by the regime forces for areas in the agricultural lands of Sukayk village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib using heavy machineguns, no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory monitored this morning targeting by the regime forces suing heavy machineguns for places in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, while they targeted using shells and heavy machine guns after midnight of yesterday areas in Tal al-Sakhr north of Hama, and other areas in Tal al-Bajer and Rasm al-Eis in the southern countryside of Aleppo, in addition to shelling the contact areas in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, while shells fell on Sunday evening on areas in the western part of Aleppo city which is under the control of the regime forces, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday night that violations continue by the regime force to the Russian – Turkish truce that was put in effect on the 15th of August 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in the villages of Tal Al-Sakhr, al-Janabera, Ra’idah, Hasaraya and the outskirts of Al-Lataminah in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Ziyarah town and the outskirts of Al-Sirmaniyah in Sahl Al-Ghab and on the administrative border between Hama and Idlib, while the regime forces targeted areas in Jabal Al-Akrad and Jabal Al-Turkaman, in the northern sector of Latakia countryside, within the demilitarized zone and its vicinity and the Syrian Observatory published today evening Sunday, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on places in Al-Sirmaniyah area, on the administrative border between Sahl Al-Ghab and the south-western countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with targeting to places in the outskirts of Sahl Al-Ghab, without information about injuries, and this shelling comes as a part of the continued violations that target the truce, which witnessed earlier shelling today, Sunday, where the Syrian Observatory published that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib and Jarjanaz town in the western countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, which resulted in the injury of several citizens, the regime forces also targeted areas in the towns and villages of Kafr Nabudah, Al-Zakah, Tal Melh, Al-Buwaydah and the vicinity of Atshan, and the outskirts of Murak town, in both northern and north-western countryside of Hama, which injured a citizen woman in Kafr Nabudah town.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored the sound of violent explosions in the west of Aleppo city and its south-west, where intersected sources confirmed to the SOHR that the explosions were caused by airstrikes carried out by warplanes violating for the first time, the demilitarized zone agreement, which has been applied since the 17th of September 2018, after an agreement between Vladimir Putin and Receb Tayyip Erdogan, and the raids targeted Al-Rashideen Suburb in the western suburbs of Aleppo city, and the area of Khan Tuman in the south-western sector of Aleppo countryside, which resulted in the rise of smoke and caused destruction in the place of the bombardment, amid artillery and rocket shelling by the regime forces on areas in the western and north-western suburbs of Aleppo city, while no information was reported so far about the fall of casualties as a result of the shelling, and the bombardment by warplanes comes hours after targeting neighborhoods in Aleppo city by shells that left at least 94 cases with suffocation, where the Syrian Observatory published this morning that it monitored the rise of the number of cases that arrived at hospitals in Aleppo city, as a result of shelling that targeted the western part of the city, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the number of these cases exceeded 94, including tens of children and women, where 31 cases were kept in the hospitals as they were subjected to complications and effects, and due to their instable medical situation, while the rest of cases have left after they were relieved and received treatmen
