Between the east of Euphrates and the north stripe between the two rivers; fears of Turkish invasion hinder the ending of ISIS in its last enclave
Credible sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that military reinforcements of military forces of the Syria Democratic Forces continue to arrive from different areas of east Euphrates River; to areas in the vicinity of the enclave of the “Islamic State” organization on the east bank of Euphrates River, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: hundreds of fighters of Jaysh al-Thowwar, Jabhat al-Akrad Battalion, and Shams al-Shamal Brigades, which were formerly involved in clashes against the “Islamic State” Organization north of Syria, and they have arrived in the last hours to the vicinity of the last ISIS enclave on the east banks of Euphrates in the Eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, as part of the continue preparations since the 29th of October 2018, to end the presence of ISIS as a dominant force east of Euphrates.
Intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that despite announcing the launch of the military operation of the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition is getting closer several times; since the “Islamic State” Organization restored on the 28th of October 2018, the entire areas it lost in its last enclave during the operation was launched on the 10th of September 2018, but the operation has not yet been launched, despite the military preparations and bringing thousands of members and deploying them in the vicinity of ISIS enclave, and reinforcing the area with weapons, ammunition, and equipment, but fears of invasion by Turkey has not pushed YPG to send military reinforcements to the east banks of Euphrates, fearing that the US patrols would not prevent a Turkish ground attack on the northern border strip between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, which will cause violent clashes in the area.

The Syrian Observatory monitored a state of discontent in the ranks of the military forces located in the vicinity of ISIS enclave on the eastern banks of Euphrates River, where reliable sources confirmed that resentment came in the wake of the attack that took place after the ” Islamic State “Organization went around sites reinforced by the Syria Democratic Forces in larger numbers of fighters in the last days before the attack, where ISIS turned around from Hajin and Gharanij areas supported ISIS cells, where groups of the Organization entered the desert and closed the roads to the front lines, which caused SDF members to withdrawal from their positions on the front lines, fearing that they would be trapped or killed by the Organization, which tried to reach al-Tank oilfield, where ISIS attacked with tens of motorcycles carrying medium and heavy machineguns, followed by armored vehicles, which confused SDF ranks in the front, especially with the absence of heavy weapons from the military points in the vicinity of the ISIS-controlled enclave on the east banks of Euphrates, also the sources confirmed that many fighters do not Join their bases and military barracks where there is a military operation against ISIS.
Reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the International Coalition warplanes flew in the sky of the area at length before the fog got heavy and weather conditions got bad, but the warplanes did not bombard any of the areas, and fighters confirmed that although the International Coalition was provided with coordinates in the vicinity of the “Islamic State” Organization enclave, they did not bombard the area, also the International Coalition positioned at two major points near the al-Tank oilfield, and they bombed the Organization using rocket and artillery shells, also forces of the International Coalition in the field extinguished the flame of the field, cut the electric, and turned off the lights in the area, and the Syrian Observatory also learned that some of SDF members who fleeing the area took refuge in the desert, and some of them stayed there for more than 36 hours.
