Truce violations continue in the Idlib and Hama as if there is no Russian – Turkish truce or a disarmament agreement

Violations continue in the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces targeted areas on the outskirts of towns and villages of al-Tamanah, al-Khwyn, Sukayk and Qatrah in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, coincided with opening fire of the heavy machineguns on areas in the vicinity of al-Khwyn town, but no information about casualties, and in the same context, the regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire on areas in Janabera village in the northern countryside of Hama, and no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that following hours of relative calm in the 4 provinces along with breaches in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, the sounds of shells returned to shake these areas and violate the truce, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces launching several artillery shells on areas in the vicinity and outskirts of the towns and villages of Jisat, Kafr Zita, and Morek which are located in the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, and other places in the areas of Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, also the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Khwyn, al-Tamanah, Om Jalal, Babulin, and Dar al-Salam in the southeastern countryside of Idlib and other areas in the vicinity of al-Hish town in southern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage but no information about casualties.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored cautious calm in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area, since after midnight of yesterday until now, during which the regime forces targeted using heavy machine-gun areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town at the northern countryside of Hama, and the contact areas in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the abandoned battalion area in eastern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties yet. In the same context, it rose to 3 including a Captain officer, the number of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who were killed yesterday Tuesday, during an attack by fighters believed to be Moroccan of Sham al-Islam Faction and Turkmen fighters on site of the regime forces in Jubb al-Ahmar near Sahl al-Ghab at the outskirts of Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia within the demilitarized area, exploiting the heavy fog and the bad weather, raising to 49, the number of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who were killed since Putin – Erdogan agreement on the 17th of September 2018.

And with more casualties it rose to 122 at least, the number of casualties of civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 40 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 47 members of the regime forces and their allies.
