After a relative calm for hours, violations return to several places of the Russian – Turkish truce areas

Violations have returned to areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting places in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, but no information about casualties, in conjunction with the opening heavy machineguns’ fire by the regime forces on areas in Tal Khatra in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, amid targeting for al-Janabera area, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the regime forces targeted again after midnight of yesterday using shells and heavy machine guns places in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town, which is located in the northern countryside of Hama within the supposed demilitarized area, declaring a new breach in the Putin – Erdogan truce, but other than that; the cautious calm has been prevailing most of the truce areas since after midnight until the moment, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday evening that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Hayyan in the northern countryside of Aleppo city, the regime forces also targeted areas in Al-Lataminah town, the villages of Al-Sakr and Al-Jisat and the vicinity of Murak, in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with targeting the outskirts of Al-Zakah in the same countryside, the regime forces also targeted places in Al-Khwaiyn area and other areas in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, within ongoing breaches to the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, without information about human losses, in the wake of the shelling which targeted the same area hours earlier, where the Syrian Observatory published that the regime forces targeted again by artillery and high-explosive missiles shells Jarjanaz town, and areas in towns and villages of al-Tah, al-Shaarah, al-Sayyadi, al-Tamanah, al-Khwyn, Sukayk, Om Jalal, and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, but no information about injuries, in conjunction with their renewed targeting of areas in the towns and villages of Morek, al-Lataminah, al-Zakat, and al-Arba’in, which are located in the northern countryside of Hama, within the demilitarized area, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the displacement of residents and families from al-Tah area and areas in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, toward areas away from the targeted places, which witnessed in the recent days increased shelling that caused displacement, also this come after the regime forces launching shells to areas in outskirts towns of Al-Lataminah, Morek and the villages of al-Latmin, al-Zakat and Al-Arba’in in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized zone, in conjunction with rocket shelling by the factions operating in the northern countryside of Hama targeted areas in Maryoud village, which is under the control of the regime forces and located in the western countryside, also the Syrian Observatory monitored missile shelling by the factions operating in the western countryside of Aleppo targeted areas in the western outskirts of Aleppo, under the control of the regime forces, but no information about human casualties at the moment.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that with the conclusion of the 11th session of Astana meetings, violations of the truce of two parties of Astana, Russia and Turkey, are escalating, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of rocket shelling by the regime forces, declaring new breaches within the Russian –  Turkish truce areas and the demilitarized area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling since the 29th of November 2018, targeted areas in Jarjanaz town in the southeastern sector of Idlib countryside, which killed a person and wounded others, this comes after the regime forces carried out two massacres since the beginning of this month in Jarjanaz town, killing more than 19 people including 2 women and 7 children, where they were killed in 2 separate massacres in Jarjanaz by rocket shelling by the regime forces, in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling by the regime forces targeted places in al-Tah in Idlib countryside, and areas in Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, raising to at least 123, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 40 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 49 members of the regime forces and their allies.
