Mine explosion kills a person and injures others in Homs countryside

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a violent explosion was heard in the vicinity of al-Shomariyyeh village in the eastern countryside of Homs, caused by the explosion of a landmine in the farmlands between Ghassaniya and al-Shomariyyeh villages in the eastern countryside of Homs, where one person was killed and others were injured, and the countryside of Homs and the eastern countryside of Hama have witnessed the explosion of mines planted earlier by the “Islamic State” organization or by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, during the period of military operations in the area.
