A person is executed in Idlib countryside on charge of “espionage for the regime and participating in the detonation of a booby trapped vehicle” in the wake of tens of detonations and hundreds of assassinations in the province

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham has carried out an execution in the countryside of Idlib province, and in the detail that were confirmed by intersected sources; Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham has executed a person in Idlib countryside, on charge of “espionage for the regime and participating in detonating a booby trapped vehicle in Idlib city before a while”, where this person was executed considering these accusations after he was arrested and questioned in a headquarters of Tahrir Al-Sham, where this execution comes after tens of executions that were carried out against members of the “Islamic State” organization by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and by the factions that are responsible for Idlib’s internal security, during their attempts to control the internal security through raiding headquarters of active cells of ISIS members, which caused, with other cells experienced in kidnapping, thefts and killing, the death of at least 404 people who were assassinated and killed at the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 102 civilians including 14 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 258 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 42 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.

The Syrian Observatory monitored that the number of casualties of the organization and the cells rose to 105 members of ISIS and its cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 44 where executed by slaughtering them or directly shooting them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib, after they were arrested previously within the campaign of arrests which targeted tens of persons on charge of these accusations, and which sometimes witnessed violent clashes between members of these cells and members of Tahrir Al-Sham, as well as the executions that used to be carried out directly, or through mass targeting to positions and headquarters of these cells, and this is the first execution to be carried out within the Russian – Turkish demilitarized area, which was specified within the Russian – Turkish agreement that recently reached.
