Escalated shelling by the regime forces targets areas of the Turkish – Russian truce and Putin – Erdogan area after a relative calm

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations targeted the Russian – Turkish truce, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the regime forces shelled areas south of Khan Shaykhun city, and places in Jarjanaz town, along with shelling targeted areas in the towns of al-Tamanah and Khwyn in the southern and southeastern sectors of Idlib countryside, in conjunction with shelling targeted areas on the outskirts of the of villages of al-Tah and Om Jalal in the same sectors, which caused more material damage but no information about injuries yet, amid the flight of drones in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, after shelling targeted areas on the outskirts of al-Lataminah town north of Hama and Sukayk village south of Idlib, and shelling targeted areas in Makhala and al-Osmaniyyah in the southern countryside of Aleppo. This came after a calm that came after a major escalation especially in the recent days by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, in the demilitarized area and areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, in conjunction with clashes in the above-mentioned areas between the Islamic movement of Ahrar al-Sham and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, this clashes over expanding the influence southwest of Idlib and Sahl al-Ghab at the northwest of Hama.

The Syrian Observatory published on Tuesday morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of violations within the demilitarized area, and areas of Putin – Erdogan truce which was applied in areas at Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, where the regime forces resumed the shelling after midnight of yesterday targeting places on the outskirts and surroundings of al-Tamanah, Hish, Jarjanaz, and Khan Shaykhun in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces shelled places in the villages of al-Jisat and al-Sakhr in the northern countryside of Hama, also the regime forces targeted by 2 Kornit missiles al-Sakhr village north of Hama, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian published yesterday night the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Khan Shaykhun city, in the southern countryside of Idlib, by more than 10 shells, they also targeted areas in the outskirts of Al-Khwaiyn town and other places in Jarjanaz and Al-Taman’aa towns as well as the villages of Sahyan and Hish, in the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also targeted areas in Al-Lataminah town and Hasaraya village and other places in the vicinity of Murak town, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, the regime forces also targeted areas in the villages of Al-Jisat, Al-Sakhr, Al-Arba’in, and Abu Ra’idah in the same countryside, while the regime forces shelled areas in Hayyan town in the northern countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling targeted outskirts of al-Lataminah town by several rocket shells launched by the regime forces on the area in the northern sector of Hama countryside, coincided with the artillery shelling targeted al-Jisat village and its outskirts in the same countryside, while the regime forces targeted by similar shells areas in al-Ziyara town in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and this shelling comes after artillery shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the vicinity of towns and villages of al-Tamanah, Zarzour and Khwyn in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also targeted using highly explosive missiles the surrounding of Tahtaya village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, preceded by targeting using a missile by the regime forces for a civilian car on the outskirts of al-Hbit town in southwestern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, also the regime forces opened their heavy machineguns on areas in the agricultural lands east of Morek town and the vicinity of al-Lataminah town, in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, but no information about injuries.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that cautious calm returned to prevail in the demilitarized area and areas of the Turkish – Russian truce within the four provinces Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia, after the morning shelling that was carried out by the regime forces on the countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces brought more military reinforcements to their positions in Idlib province, and more military vehicles and soldiers of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them have arrived at Abu al-Duhur area, Abu al-Duhur Airbase, and other points east and southeast of Idlib Province, amid fears of these reinforcements in the light of the continued daily violations in the Putin – Erdogan truce, and the Syrian Observatory published on 1st of December 2018 that the regime forces sent military reinforcements of hundreds of members and tens of vehicles to the areas where the regime forces are deployed within Idlib province and the demilitarized zone and its vicinity, where the SOHR published at that time, that it monitored more violations to the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted places in Kabani area and other areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, the regime forces also targeted places in the land around Al-Lataminah town, in the northern countryside of Hama, and this shelling is coincided with sending military reinforcements by the regime forces of hundreds of members and tens of vehicles to the areas where the regime forces are deployed within Idlib province and the demilitarized zone and its vicinity.
