((video)) Families escaping from ISIS enclave arrive in Al-Tank Oilfield and the SDF-held areas

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the exit of more citizens from the controlled areas of the “Islamic State” organization, within the process of ongoing exit of families, who manage to get out and escape from the controlled areas of the organization towards the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces, while local sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that food, clothes and covers were distributed on the displaced people, after they were collected by the residents of Al-Busayrah town, for the displaced people located in 2 schools within the town which is located to the east of the Euphrates River, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, amid a continued state of tension prevailing among the residents and the SDF against the backdrop of transporting them by the locals to Al-Sadd Camp in the countryside of Al-Hasakah province, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored that large number of citizens managed to flee the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas east of Euphrates, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: tens of families were able to flee the organization-controlled enclave, and reached al-Busayrah area in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where reliable sources confirmed that the number of displaced people exceeded 100 persons including children and women, raising to more than 200, the number of people who got out of this enclave in the last 48 hours, where there is tension between the displaced people and Syria Democratic Forces; as a result of attempts by SDF to move them from the area to al-Sadd camp in the countryside of al-Hasaka, and the tension was accompanied by opening fire in the air trying to break the protests of those refusing to go to the camp, according to local sources.

And the Syrian Observatory published on the 30^th of November 2018, that tens of citizens managed to escape from the controlled areas of the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where they reached the positions of the Syria Democratic Forces in the area, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory; tens of civilian women and children managed to get out of ISIS-held areas on the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, through waterways that were formed along the past days due to the heavy rains that the area was previously subjected to, where the escapees walked for long distances within these waterways until they have reached one of the SDF posts in the vicinity of the enclave that is under the control of the organization east of Deir Ezzor, while this exit is coincided with ISIS prevention to the citizens from leaving the enclave it controls, where it (the organization) considers every one who tries to leave as an infidel under the pretext of “going to the lands of infidels”, where the organization previously carried out executions against several persons on charge of “being smugglers” who help citizens escape out of the controlled areas of the organization in the east of Deir Ezzor.

And the Syrian Observatory published on the 14^th of September 2018, that 30 men and about 100 women with their children, have surrendered to the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition in the vicinity of the enclave which is controlled by the “Islamic State” organization, on the eastern banks of the Euphrates River in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, where reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that those who have surrendered, have got out of the enclave under the control of the organization, and among them there are members of the organization and their families some of whom are of non-Syrian nationalities, where they have been maintained for one day in Al-Bahra area near Hajin, and then they were taken to unknown destination, suggested to be camps guarded and supervised by the SDF in other areas in the east of the Euphrates.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has obtained information on the 12th of September 2018, from a number of reliable sources, which confirmed to the SOHR that 3 of members of the “Islamic State” organization of non-Syrian nationalities; along with 10 women have surrendered with several children and boys to the Syria Democratic Forces, this took place on the outskirts of al-Baghuz area on the Syrian – Iraqi border, within the last enclave of ISIS east of Euphrates River on the eastern bank of the river, where they were transported to al-Tank oilfield, which was hit on the 11th of September 2018, by a surprise attack by members of the organization, after which violent clashes took place between the attackers against the Syria Democratic Forces fighters in the vicinity of al-Tank oilfield area, which caused casualties in the ranks of both parties.
