Violent clashes in the countryside of al-Bab city northeast of Aleppo cause casualties among “Euphrates Shield” Operation Forces

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes in al-Abla area near al-Bab city in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, between the Turkey-supported factions of “Euphrates Shield” operation -which control al-Bab city- against gunmen believed to be YPG cells, in a new attack by the latter on sites of the faction, after the infiltration process that took place days ago, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented casualties in the violent clashes that took place in al-Alba area, where a member of the factions was killed and others were injured, and confirmed information about casualties in the ranks of the YPG cells, the Syrian Observatory also published on the 30th of November 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a group of the Special Forces within the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG), has attacked a positions of the factions of “the Euphrates Shield” in Ablah village near Al-Bab city in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, where this group managed through an infiltration they carried out, to kill 3 members at least of one of the factions loyal to Turkey, and confiscate their weapons, before the attackers withdrew to their positions from which they carried out this infiltration, while this operation is coincided with another operation by a group of the YPG in Bulbula Township in Afrin countryside which is under the control of the factions of “Olive Branch” in the north-western countryside of Aleppo, where another group of the YPG attacked posts of factions close to Turkey in Hayamili village in Bulbula Township, led to the outbreak of clashes between the both parties, which left casualties in the ranks of the factions, before the attacking group withdrew.

And the Turkish forces have carried out about 140 assassinations and targeting against the forces controlling Afrin, while leading sources of the YPG denied that their forces or cells had relation or responsibility for many of the assassinations and acts of torture; some of which appeared on videos and attributed to the Kurdish Forces, and the sources accused other cells belong to other parties of carrying out these assassinations and attributing them to the Kurdish Forces for their own agenda, the main aim of which is to escalating their violations against the civilians, where the resentment has been increasing among the civilians day after day, with the unfair and unjust procedures, and the silence of the Turkish Forces -who are leading the “Olive Branch” operation- and not responding to their complaints.
