Hours after their killing of 3 members of a faction close to Turkey in the demilitarized area, the regime forces intensify their breach of the truce and the factions target Aleppo’s neighborhoods

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored exchange of targeting using machineguns, which took place after midnight of yesterday, on the outskirts of Om Rajeem and Tal Maraq in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions operating in the area, while the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday by more than 18 rocket shells areas in the towns of Jarjanaz and al-Tah, southeast of Idlib, where al-Tah town was targeted by 13 shells, and Jarjanaz was targeted by 5, also, areas in al-Sakhr village in the northern country of Hama was shelled by the time forces after midnight of yesterday, and several shells fell after midnight of yesterday on places in al-Zahra neighborhood and Halab al-Jadidah in the western part of Aleppo city controlled by the regime forces, documenting new violations within areas of the Turks and the Russians and the demilitarized area, also mines exploded in areas under the control of the regime forces in al-Bwayda area north of Hama, but no information yet about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory published yesterday night that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations to the areas of Putin – Erdogan deal, that is getting fragile even more a day after another, along with escalating the fragility of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces targeting a position of the Free Idlib Army in Al-Lataminah area in the northern countryside of Hama, that was targeted about 24 hours ago, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the fall of human losses as a result of the shelling, where 3 fighters of the Free Idlib Army were killed and at least 2 others were injured, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, while the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces on places in Al-Taman’aa area, and areas in Al-Hbit town in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, while the regime forces targeted places in the areas of Al-Lataminah and M’aarkaba, in the northern countryside of Hama, and with the fall of more human losses, it rose to  4, the number of fighters who were killed in the recent 24 hours in addition to the injury of 7 others with varying severity.

In turn, it rose to at least 131, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 44 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 50 members of the regime forces and their allies.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Sakhr village and its vicinity, as well as other places in the area of Al-Lataminah and Al-Jisat village, within the northern countryside of Hama province, without information about human losses, while this shelling comes after shelling by the regime forces that targeted areas in M’aarkaba village in the northern sector, in conjunction with the targeting to places in the areas of Al-Lataminah and Al-Buwaydah in the same countryside, after the regime forces’ targeting to areas in the vicinity of Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, within the demilitarized zone, in conjunction with their shelling on places in the areas of Tardin village, and the outskirts of Jabal Al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the Syrian Observatory published today morning, that violations are still targeting the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Hama, Idlib, Aleppo and Latakia provinces, despite all the Russian and Turkish guarantors’ attempts to decrease them, where the Syrian observatory for Human Rights monitored targeting by the regime forces after the midnight of Saturday – Sunday, to areas in the villages of M’aarkaba, Al-Zakah and Al-Sakhr and the southern and eastern outskirts of Al-Lataminah town as well as the vicinity of Murak town in the northern countryside of Hama, within the demilitarized zone, also places in Al-Ziyarah area in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, without information about the fall of injuries, while the areas of Tell Khaznah and the Abandoned Battalion in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, were targeted by the regime forces using their heavy machineguns, which caused material damage.
