The regime forces shelling again areas of the Russian – Turkish truce after a calm lasted last night

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored cautious calm in areas of the Turkish – Russian truce and the demilitarized area, since after midnight of yesterday until Wednesday morning, without any breaches of shelling and clashes, before the regime forces break it by targeting Jarjanaz town and al-Tah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the regime forces targeted by shells and heavy machineguns, places in Al-Sakhr village in the northern countryside of Hama, and other places in Al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that it monitored renewed violations in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, despite the calm that has been prevailing the area -relatively speaking-, where the regime forces targeted the abandoned battalion area in the eastern sector, the regime forces also shelled places in Tal al-Sakhr area in the northern countryside of Hama, no information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published in the past hours that calm prevails areas of the Russian – Turkish agreement which has been in force since the 15th of August 2018, where the Syrian Observatory monitored bombing by the regime forces targeted places in Jarjanaz town and its vicinity in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, within the southern sector of Idlib countryside, also the regime forces shelled places in al-Ziyara area in Sahl al-Ghab in the western countryside of Hama, and areas on the outskirts of al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, and The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today that exchange of targeting were carried out using machineguns on areas in Sahl al-Ghab at the western country of Hama, between the regime and the “jihadi” factions, while the regime forces targeted by shells and heavy machineguns areas in the vicinity and outskirts of al-Sakher , al-Zakat, and al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, after that the calm returned to the truce areas since dawn of today until now.

And in the same context, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a person affected by injuries he had in shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the town earlier, raising to at least 132, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 47 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 50 members of the regime forces and their allies.
