Breaches in 11 areas within the provinces of Idlib, Hama, and Aleppo injurie several people and increase the vulnerability of the disarmament agreement

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations in the Russian – Turkish truce within provinces where it takes place, since the 15th of August 2018, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: the regime forces targeted areas in the towns of Morek, Kafr Zita, and al-Lataminah and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Hama, which injured a child in al-Lataminah and 3 people in Kafr Zita town, while the regime forces targeted areas in villages of Hasraya, Abu Ra’idah, al-Zakat, and M’aarkbeh in the same countryside, while the regime forces shelled areas in al-Tmanah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling targeted places in al-Ziyara area in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern sector of Hama countryside, also clashes took place in places in Maryoudah area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, amid exchange of targeting between both parties but no information about injuries so far, while the regime forces targeted places in Khalsa area at the southern countryside of Aleppo, and this shelling comes after the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted places in the al-Najeya area in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur in the countryside of Idlib, accompanied by renewed targeting by the regime forces for areas in Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, also areas in al-Khwyn town and the villages of Sukayk and al-Zarzour in the southeastern countryside of Idlib; witnessed renewed shelling by the regime forces, the regime forces also shelled areas in the vicinity of al-Sakhr village and Atshan and al-Janabera in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that cautious calm hardly prevails the Russian – Turkish truce areas in the 4 provinces, until these violations come to end it, and for a new phase of targeting and shelling to begin, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored artillery shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in towns and villages of al-Ferja, al-Khwyn, Om Jalal, and Shal in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with the flight of reconnaissance drones -probably Russian-, over the eastern countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces shelled areas in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, and areas in Jabal al-Turkman and Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, but no information about casualties, this comes after the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored cautious in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area, since after midnight of yesterday until now, interrupted by targeting by the regime forces for areas at the abandoned battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published that 4 members at least of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed, when their site was targeted by a guided missile by Hayyaat al-Sham Tahrir in Tal Mammo area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and in the same context, the violations continue in the demilitarized area and the alleged “Putin – Erdogan” truce, where the regime forces renewed the shelling on places in the northern countryside of Hama, targeting the outskirts of the towns of al-Lataminah and Morek and M’aarkaba village, and with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 139, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 50 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 50 members of the regime forces and their allies.
