A new explosion hits Idlib province leaving wounded in the wake of the escalating security chaos for months in Idlib and the surrounding countryside

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an explosion rocked Afs village in the north of Saraqeb town in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, it turned out that it was caused due to an IED explosion near the Local Council in the village, which injured 3 persons at least, in addition to causing material damage, as a part of continued security chaos in the controlled areas of the rebel and Islamic factions and the Jihadis in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that the security chaos continues in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, which are controlled by the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the “Jihadis, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an explosion on the road between al-Sahara village and al-Atareb town in the western countryside of Aleppo, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the security chaos is still resulting in more assassinations and killing attempts, in areas in Idlib province and the countryside connected to it of the north of Hama and the west of Aleppo, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the sound of a violent explosion in Atarib area in the western sector of Aleppo countryside, it was caused by the explosion of an IED planted in a vehicle of the National Liberation Front, by unidentified gunmen, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 16th of December 2018, that it documented the death of 413 persons who were assassinated and killed at the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 106 civilians including 14 children and 7 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 263 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 42 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.

And the Syrian Observatory published few days ago, that Hayyaat al-Sham Tahrir began on Sunday morning, the 16th of December 2018, a security operation aims to arrest “cells of the Islamic State organization” there, where raids and searches are taking place now for wanted and sleeper cells. This security campaign comes similar to previous security campaigns by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and other factions operating in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, under the large and rising security chaos since late April 2018 in the province and the surrounding countryside, which took the lives of more than 400 people between civilians, leaders, and fighters, and the factions were unable in their previous security campaigns to stop the escalation of the security chaos or even reduce it, and the Syrian Observatory also documented that the number of casualties of the organization and the cells rose to 105 members of ISIS and its cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 44 where executed by slaughtering them or directly shooting them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib, after they were arrested previously within the campaign of arrests which targeted tens of persons on charge of these accusations, and which sometimes witnessed violent clashes between members of these cells and members of Tahrir Al-Sham, as well as the executions that used to be carried out directly, or through mass targeting to positions and headquarters of these cells, and this is the first execution to be carried out within the Russian – Turkish demilitarized area, which was specified within the Russian – Turkish agreement that recently reached.
