In conjunction with the American decision to withdraw and after a previous decision to demobilize them, the regime forces send thousands of the Russia-supported Tiger Forces and their forces to Tehran – Beirut road

Deir Ezzor province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information from several reliable sources, who confirmed that military reinforcements reached the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the regime forces and allies brought thousands of members armed forces loyal to them to the west of Euphrates River in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, opposite to the last enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization on the east bank of Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory learned that these forces have stationed in the 2 most important cities on Tehran- Beirut road and east of the province, which are al-Bokamal and al-Mayadin, which are controlled by the Iranian Forces, the Lebanese Hezbollah, and the Iraqi, Afghani, and Asian military militias, reliable sources confirmed that hundreds of members -including Tiger forces of whom 8000 were preparing for their demobilization weeks ago- , were transferred with military equipment, ammunition, ammunition, and heavy weapons, amid anticipation of a military operation may be launched by the regime forces in the area to control parts of it.

These massive military reinforcement also comes more than a year after the regime forces and the Iranian forces led by the General in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and the commander of al-Quds Force, on al-Bokamal city and the entire west of Euphrates River, where they managed to end the organization’s presence in the area as a dominant force, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that it also comes within the preparations that came after the decision of the United States of America to withdraw from the east of Euphrates River, which is largely under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces, and the Syrian Observatory published weeks ago that the Iranian Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor at the west bank of Euphrates River; continue to fortify their positions and points in anticipation of any counterattacks by the Islamic State organization against the Iranian Forces and the regime forces and their allies there, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Iranian Forces continuing planting IEDs and mines along the west bank of Euphrates River -where they are located,- as part of their fortifications to reduce the frequency of attacks by the Organization through crossing the Euphrates river from the east bank -where its enclave is located- to the west bank, also this fortification process comes with anticipation to launch the major ground operation of SDF east of Euphrates.

and the Syrian Observatory published on the 5th of November 2018, that since losing its strategic control on the road of Tehran – Beirut in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor on the western banks of Euphrates River, in December 2017; the “Islamic State” Organization has not stopped threatening the regime forces and their allies of the Iranian Forces, the Palestinian, Lebanese, Iraqi, Afghan, Syrian and Asian militias who are present in the entire western line of Euphrates, the threat took the form of artillery and ground attacks targeted the regime forces and its allies, or through ground attacks monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, in which the “Islamic State” Organization moves from the eastern banks of Euphrates River, coming from its last pocket east of the river to the west bank of the river, and it comes every time from an area trying to bluff the regime forces and their allies, and despite their surveillance of the river they were not able to stop these attacks, which cause large numbers of casualties and wounded each time, also the Organization was able to make a road for itself to exit towards the Syrian Desert, in which the Organization has a large enclave in addition to positions scattered within the Syrian Desert on the administrative border between Deir Ezzor and Homs.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published weeks ago that preparations are under way in the ranks of the pro-regime gunmen supported by Russia to demobilize thousands of members, and in the details obtained the Syrian observatory: preparations are underway for the demobilization of some 8000 members of the Russia supported-and-armed Tiger Forces, under the supervision and command of the brigadier general of the regime forces Suhail Al Hassan, the most prominent Syrian military regime leader, who had full Russian support in his military operations during the past months and years, and which caused the recovery of tens of thousands of square kilometers from the provinces of Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Aleppo, Homs, hama, Daraa, Quneitra, Deir Ezzor, and al-Raqqah, which raised regime’s control to more than 61% of the geographical area of Syria, and the Tiger Forces have participated in violent clashes against the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the “Islamic State” organization in several areas of Syria.
