The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the past hours that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations that targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the SOHR monitored shelling that targeted areas in Murak town and other places in Tal Hawash area as well as the villages of M’aarkaba and al-Janabera, in the northern countryside of Hama, the Syrian Observatory also monitored renewed clashes in places in the vicinity of the Abandoned Battalion area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against Hurras al-Dien organization, amid exchange of targeting in the clash areas, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces with artillery shells, targeted areas in al-Kawasi farms and the outskirts of Tal Bajer in the southern countryside of Aleppo, in conjunction with regime’s targeting by the regime forces for areas in the vicinity of Morek, al-Lataminah, and Latmin village, which are in the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted places in the abandoned battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib, amid clashes described as violent, between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, also the regime forces targeted other areas in al-Najeya town in the western sector of Jisr al-Shughur countryside, amid shelling targeted Zayzoun area in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwest of Hama, and areas in Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, also the regime forces shelled areas in the villages of al-Bwayda and Tal Sakhr north of Hama, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continuous violations in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces, represented by artillery shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the agricultural lands of Sukayk village and other areas in Masada village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, also areas in Atshan town in the northeastern countryside of Hama; and areas in al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage, also areas in the vicinity of Khwyn town and the abandoned battalion area in the southeastern countryside of Idlib; witnessed sporadic clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions operating in the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that cautious calm prevails the Russian – Turkish truce areas and the demilitarized area since after midnight of yesterday until, interrupted by sporadic shelling by the regime forces, targeted places in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama and other places in Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, but no information about injuries.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the agreement of the Russian president Vladimir Putin and the Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan completes today, Tuesday, the 25th of December 2018, its 100th day, where it started on the 17th of September 2018, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored during the past 100 days this agreement in its areas, which included the northeastern mountains of Latakia, Sahl al-Ghab, the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, the northern countryside of Hamra, and the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, and the northwestern and suburbs of Aleppo city, in an area divided between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and between the rebel and Islamic factions and the “jihadis”.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Throughout the period of Putin – Erdogan agreement, documented violations involving most of the areas that are close to and far from the Turkish observation posts, most of which were by the regime forces and their allies, while the other section included violations by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions and the jihadi factions, others were represented by violent clashes and other light clashes, infiltrations, and ambushes, which killed tens of fighters and members of the factions and the regime, while others were represented by missile and artillery targeting, and other forms of breaches by helicopters or warplanes, and despite the attempt of the Turks and the Russians to show the agreement as a historic shift in the Syrian conflict and an attempt to achieve peace; no provision of the agreement was implemented until now.

The agreement included the heavy disarmament by the regime forces and the factions and withdrawing it from the area, but they turned around the first agreement and forced the factions alone to withdraw their heavy weapons from the area, where Jaysh al-Izza turned the table over the heads of the Turks by exposing the new agreement, which stated that the steps of withdrawing weapons will be carried out by the factions only without being implemented by the regime forces, as the Russia guarantees that the regime forces will not move towards any offensive action against the areas from which heavy weapons will be withdrawn and from which the jihadis will withdraw, but the factions did not commit to both terms, where the withdrawal of heavy weapons was carried out partly for weapons of some of the jihadi factions and other factions close to Turkey, and the rest of the weapons were completely hidden in trenches covered from the top, especially in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, while the Syrian Observatory monitored that none of the “jihadi” fighters have withdrawn, the thing that was covered by Turkey and ignored by Russia, in an attempt to show that the agreement of both presidents had achieved an unprecedented success, which conflicted with all the details that the Syrian Observatory has monitored, moreover, no joint or individual patrols took place by the Turkish Forces or the Russian Forces within the demilitarized area, also the 100 days so far have not seen the opening of the main international roads, namely|:  Aleppo – Latakia road and Aleppo – Damascus road.
