Renewed violations by the regime forces in the Russian – Turkish truce areas through more ground shelling of north Hama

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations by the regime forces in areas in which the Turkish – Russian truce takes place, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: the regime forces targeted areas in al-Arba’in village and elsewhere on the opening fire on of Kafr Zita town, amid exchange of targeting on the clash areas between both parties, this comes after following renewed rocket and artillery shelling and targeting by machineguns, within areas of the truce between the Russians and Turks, and within areas of Putin-Erdogan agreement areas, where the Syrian Observatory monitored artillery and rocket shelling by the regime targeted places in al-Nahr al-Abyad area, al-Shegher village, and areas in the vicinity of al-Janudiyyeh town near a tent gathering in the area, located in the western sector of Jisr al-Shughur countryside, also places in al-Ziyara and other areas in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern sector of Hama countryside, were also shelled by the regime forces, in conjunction with the shelling targeted Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia in the demilitarized area, while the Syrian Observatory learned that a young man died affected by an injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on places in Morek area in the northern sector of Hama countryside, raising to 167 the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 55 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today that the regime forces continued their rocket after midnight of yesterday and dawn of today, in the context of the continuous violations within the demilitarized area and the Turkish – Russian truce areas, where the regime forces targeted by shells and heavy machineguns at dawn of Friday, places in Tal Maraq in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other places in al-Sakhr village in the northern countryside of Hama, they also targeted after midnight of yesterday with shells and heavy machine guns, places in Kabana and Nahshaba in the northern countryside of Latakia, and other places in al-Sermaniyyeh area in Sahl al-Ghab area at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations to the Russian – Turkish truce which has still being in effect since the 15th of August 2018, and Putin – Erdogan agreement applied since the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Kawasi and Al-Mak-hala villages, in the southern countryside of Aleppo, in conjunction with clashes between the rebel and Islamic factions against the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, in places in the vicinity of Tell Mamu area in the same countryside, amid exchange of targeting in the clash areas, along with clashes in areas in the vicinity of the abandoned battalion, in the eastern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also targeted areas in al-Tineh village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, as well as Al-Sakhr and Hasrya in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with targeting with artillery and heavy machineguns to areas in the outskirts of the towns of Murak, Kafr Zita and Al-Lataminah north of Hama, amid the sound of planes flying over the eastern countryside of Idlib.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored the renew of shelling on areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted the lands around Kafr Zita, coincided with shelling targeted areas in the villages of Hasraya, al-Arba’in, and al-Bwayda in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, this comes after renewed shelling by the regime forces targeted the villages of Ankawi, Zayzoun, and al-Ziyara in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern country of Hama, but no information about casualties, this comes after rocket shelling by the regime forces dawn of today, Thursday, targeted places in Tal al-Othman, al-Bana, and al-Sakhr in the northern countryside of Hama, and elsewhere in Zayzoun and al-Enkawi in Sahl al-Ghab at the northern country of Hama, while the regime forces targeted by shells and machine guns after midnight of yesterday places in al-Lataminah town north of Hama, in the context of the continuous violations within the demilitarized area and areas of “Putin – Erdogan” truce, and the Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that the  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas of the Syrian – Turkish truce,  where the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting by rocket shells launched by the regime forces on places in al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the vicinity of Sukayk village in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that areas of the Turkish –Russian truce areas in the 4 provinces and in the areas of Putin –Erdogan demilitarized area; are witnessing shelling by the regime forces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored targeting shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of Khatra, al-Tina, and al-Ferja in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
