Artillery shelling, exchange of targeting and aerial bombardment in about 24 hours target about 20 areas in Latakia, Hama and Idlib provinces

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations to areas of the demilitarized zone agreed upon between Putin and Erdogan, and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, within the 4 provinces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces which targeted Al-Latamianh, Murak, Al-Zakah and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, which resulted in the fall of a number of wounded, while the SOHR monitored that a faction operating in Hama countryside, targeted areas in Muhradah town and its outskirts, which is controlled by the regime forces and inhabited mostly by Christian citizens, by several shells which resulted in the injury of 2 persons at least, the regime forces also targeted places in Al-Sermaniyyeh area at the administrative border between Sahl Al-Ghab and both southern and western countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces shelled areas in Kaf Sajnah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with targeting to areas in the outskirts of Kafr Nubl town, in Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside, within the southern sector of Idlib countryside, without information about injuries, after the renewed shelling by the regime forces on Kabanah area and Jabal Al-Akrad in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia within the demilitarized zone, in conjunction with shelling that targeted areas in the outskirts of Sahl Al-Ghab and the roads to Jabal Al-Akrad, and the SOHR published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Sahaal village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces shelled areas in Maraand village and other places in Bdama and Al-Najiyeh area, in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, without information about human losses, while the Syrian Observatory monitored the continued overflight of warplanes over Idlib province, the north of Hama and Sahl Al-Ghab, after the raids that targeted last night, the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, but other than that, cautious calm is prevailing the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce within the 4 provinces and the areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, stretching from the north-eastern mountains of Lattakia, to the north-western suburbs of Aleppo city passing through both Hama and Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that several explosions rocked the western sector of Idlib countryside after the midnight of Sunday – Monday, caused by targeting by warplanes on places in the towns of Maraand and al-Z’einiyyeh in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city west of Idlib province, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the strikes targeted former headquarters of the factions in the area, amid preliminary information about the fall of human losses, and this is the first time for Idlib province to be targeted by warplanes since the demilitarized zone agreement that was agreed upon on the 17th of September 2018, after a binary agreement between Vladimir Putin and Receb Tayyip Erdogan, also they are the second strikes of kind to target the areas of Putin –Erdogan agreement, after the aerial targeting to the western suburbs of Aleppo on the 25th of November 2018, in the same context, the Syrian Observatory also monitored more violations within the areas of the truce between the Turks and the Russians and of the demilitarized zone, where areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, were subjected to violent shelling by the regime forces with more than 30 rocket shells yesterday after the midnight, also the regime forces fired a missile that is believed to be a short range ballistic one, on Baksaraya area which injured a child.

And the Syrian Observatory published recently, that the demilitarized zone and the areas of the truce between the Russians and the Turks in Hama, Idlib, Aleppo and Latakia, are still witnessing renewed and ongoing violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling by the regime forces today evening, Sunday, on places in the vicinity and outskirts of Al-Zakah, Al-Lataminah, Al-Jisat, Al-Sakhr and Murak in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as Al-Ziyarah in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, and other places in the vicinity of Al-Najiyeh and Maraand in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside west of Idlib, in addition to shelling that targeted places in both southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored a new violating by the regime forces for the Russian – Turkish truce, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory, the regime forces targeted areas in Zammar village in the countryside of Aleppo, in conjunction with targeting areas in the abandoned battalion area, in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, the regiment forces also targeted areas in the lands around Hass town in the countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage but no information about injuries, while the factions operating in areas of Jabal al-Turkman in the northeastern countryside of Latakia; also targeted by several mortar shells positions of the regime forces in Tallat Rashu area, which caused casualties and injuries in the ranks of the regime forces, while the regime forces renewed their targeting by mortar shells for areas in Tal al-Sakhr village in the northern countryside of Hama countryside, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of violations in several areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored artillery shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the vicinity of Morek and al-Sakhr village within the demilitarized area, and other places in the vicinity of the abandoned battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib, also al-Rashedin area in the southwestern countryside of Aleppo witnessed clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions operating in the area, and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.
