Renewed shelling targets the southern sector of Idlib and the northern sector of Hama a new violation of the Russian – Turkish truce

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces violated once more the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of Hasraya, al-Zakat, and al-Sakhr, in conjunction with shelling targeted the outskirts of al-Lataminah town in the northern sector of Hama countryside, also the regime forces targeted areas in al-Tamanah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that  the Syrian Observatory monitored the regime forces launching several artillery shells on areas in al-Rashedin neighborhood and the Scientific Research area southwest of Aleppo, accompanied by targeting by the factions operating in the area for areas in al-Shahba al-Jadidah and Jam’eyyat al-Zahra’a neighborhoods, and the outskirts of Nile Street west of Aleppo but no information about casualties until the moment, this came after the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Jarjanaz town in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man city in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that violations continue within the demilitarized area and areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the Syrian Observatory monitored continuous bombing shelling since after midnight of yesterday, where the shelling targeted several areas in Jisr al-Shughur city in the western countryside of Idlib, and areas in Lataminah, al-Sakhr, and al-Jisat in the northern countryside of Hama, and Qastun and al-Ziyara in the western country of Hama, also the regime forces shelled places in Khalsa and al-Hmirah in the southern country of Aleppo, while areas in the northern countryside of Latakia were under rocket shelling by the regime forces.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the renewed shelling by the regime forces and exchange of breaches are still continuing until this moment, to the truce between the Russians and the Turks and the agreement between their presidents, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces which resulted in the fall of human losses, where the shelling targeted places in Hass area in the countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man city in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and the shelling resulted in the death of a child and the injury of 4 citizens including a woman with varying severity, while reliable sources confirmed the death of a person against the background of shelling by the regime forces on Murak area in the northern countryside of Hama, while the SOHR also monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Hbit town, which caused further material damage, without information about casualties, while 2 shells fell on the area of Kortuba Roundabout in Halab Al-Jadidah neighborhood, while the factions targeted the area of Jurin Camp in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, which caused material damage, and with the fall of more human losses, it rose to 168 the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of child as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Hass area, it also documented the death of 2 persons affected by the injury they had as a result of earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and Murak area, a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 55 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.
