In conjunction with of the bloody clashes between the factions, the calm prevails areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and Putin – Erdogan agreement

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a cautious calm in the demilitarized area and the Russian – Turkish truce areas in the four provinces, since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, where no shelling or targeting was documented, this comes in conjunction with the continues bloody clashes within areas of control of the rebel and Islamic Factions in the provinces of Idlib and Aleppo, while the Syrian Observatory published in the evening that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations within the areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted this evening, the areas of Murak, Al-Zakah, Al-Lataminah and Al-Sakhr, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the factions targeted places in Jurin area which is controlled by the regime forces in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, without information about human losses, after targeting by the regime forces hours ago, to areas in the villages of Zakat, Hasraya, al-Arba’in, and other places on the outskirts and vicinity of al-Lataminah, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also learned that a child died affected by wounds he had shelling by the regime forces on places in Hass area at the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, in the southern countryside of Idlib province, raising to 170 the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of child as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Hass area, it also documented the death of 2 persons affected by the injury they had as a result of earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and Murak area, a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 56 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the  violations continue in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces and the demilitarized area, according to the agreement of Putin and Erdogan, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting areas on the outskirts of al-Khwyn town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in al-Ziyara town in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern country of Hama, also the regime forces targeted areas in al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, and the regime forces shelled areas in al-Najeya village in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, in conjunction with shelling targeted areas in the northeastern mountains of Latakia, but no information about casualties, this came after  the regime forces shelled at dawn of today and morning of Wednesday, the 2nd of January 2019 places in al-Sharia, Tal Osman, al-Janabera, al-Jisat, and Hasraya in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, also they targeted by several missiles areas in Jarjanaz town and al-Tah village in the southeastern sector of Idlib countryside, also after midnight of yesterday the regime forces targeted by shells and machineguns the contact areas with the factions in the coast mountains in the northern country of Latakia, while a fighter of factions was killed during shelling by the regime forces on Jabal al-Turkman yesterday night, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday night that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations which targeted the areas of the agreement between Putin and Erdogan, and of the Russian – Turkish truce, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the regime forces targeted areas in the outskirts of Al-Arba’in village in the northern countryside of Hama, the SOHR also monitored shelling on areas in the vicinity of Al-Buwaydah village in the same countryside, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces violated once more the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of Hasraya, al-Zakat, and al-Sakhr, in conjunction with shelling targeted the outskirts of al-Lataminah town in the northern sector of Hama countryside, also the regime forces targeted areas in al-Tamanah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties.
