A copy, widely circulated, obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, shows the announcement of the Syrian Elite Forces of Al-Ghadd party about the registration for joining them, where there was information from the east of the Euphrates, reporting that several offices have been opened in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor within the controlled areas of the SDF. It is noteworthy that the latter have clashed against the Elite Forces in Deir Ezzor, and they also arrested members of them, after they called upon the leaders of the Elite Forces to hand over their weapons.
