Warplanes carry out the third round of strikes during Putin – Erdogan and target the southern sector of Idlib leaving several injuries

Several explosions shook Friday morning, the 4th of January 2019, the southern sector of Idlib countryside, caused by air strikes by warplanes targeted areas in al-Taman town by one raid, while two raids targeted al-Minzar Farm on the outskirts of Khan Sheikhan city which  caused injuries, where these strikes come just days after the airstrikes that targeted the western sector of Idlib Province, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 31st of December 2018 that several explosions rocked the western sector of Idlib countryside after the midnight of Sunday – Monday, caused by targeting by warplanes on places in the towns of Maraand and al-Z’einiyyeh in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city west of Idlib province, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the strikes targeted former headquarters of the factions in the area, amid preliminary information about the fall of human losses, and this is the first time for Idlib province to be targeted by warplanes since the demilitarized zone agreement that was agreed upon on the 17th of September 2018, after a binary agreement between Vladimir Putin and Receb Tayyip Erdogan, also they are the second strikes of kind to target the areas of Putin –Erdogan agreement, after the aerial targeting to the western suburbs of Aleppo on the 25th of November 2018.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations within the demilitarized zone and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces shelled today evening, Thursday, places in the vicinity and outskirts of Al-Lataminah, Al-Zakah and Hasraya in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with shelling on the outskirts of Al-Najiyeh and Bdama in the countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city west of Idlib, without information so far about human losses, the regime forces also targeted the area of the Abandoned Battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib with several shells, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on places in the vicinity and outskirts of al-Lataminah town in the Northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, other than that, the cautious calm prevails the Russian – Turkish truce areas, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that calm still prevails areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces and in Putin – Erdogan agreement about the demilitarized area, interrupted by violations by the regime forces, who targeted by several mortar shells places in al-Sakhr village in the northern country of Hama within the demilitarized area and located near the contact lines, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces targeted places in the areas of al-Sermaniyyeh and al-Ziyara in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern country of Hama, but no information about casualties until now, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a cautious calm in the demilitarized area and the Russian – Turkish truce areas in the four provinces, since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, where no shelling or targeting was documented, this comes in conjunction with the continues bloody clashes within areas of control of the rebel and Islamic Factions in the provinces of Idlib and Aleppo, while the Syrian Observatory published in the evening that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations within the areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted this evening, the areas of Murak, Al-Zakah, Al-Lataminah and Al-Sakhr, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the factions targeted places in Jurin area which is controlled by the regime forces in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, without information about human losses, after targeting by the regime forces hours ago, to areas in the villages of Zakat, Hasraya, al-Arba’in, and other places on the outskirts and vicinity of al-Lataminah, in the northern sector of Hama countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also published yesterday that a child died affected by wounds he had shelling by the regime forces on places in Hass area at the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, in the southern countryside of Idlib province, raising to 170 the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of child as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Hass area, it also documented the death of 2 persons affected by the injury they had as a result of earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and Murak area, a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 56 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.
