For the first time since Putin – Erdogan agreement was put in effect and hours after the fighting was halted…the Russian warplanes carry out rounds of targeting to the western countryside of Aleppo

The areas of the Russian – Turkish truce witness the return of warplanes to interrupt the relative calm in them, where following targeting by warplanes today morning, Friday the 4th of January 2019, to areas in al-Taman’aa town by one raid, and by two raids on al-Minzar Farm on the outskirts of Khan Shaykhun city which caused injuries, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the warplanes returned to target the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, but this time in the western sector of Aleppo countryside, where the fighting has been halted today evening between the Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham on one hand, and the National Liberation Front on the other, where the SOHR monitored that the Russian warplanes carried out about 5 raids on the outskirts of Darat Izza town and areas between it and Turmanin area, as well as Urum al-Kubrah area, the area between Kafr Naha and Jam’eyyat Al-Rahal, and the Regiment 111, amid the sound of more explosions in the area, believed to be caused by more raids that targeted the area, and the raids resulted in the fall of a number of wounded, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes described as violent between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in places in the vicinity of the area of the scientific research center in the western suburbs of Aleppo city amid exchange of targeting in the clash areas.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored in the past hours, successive violations in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized areas, where the regime forces shelled areas in the agricultural land of Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, while areas in the vicinity of al-Najeya town in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur were shelled by the regime forces with artillery shells, but no information about casualties, this came after the airstrikes that targeted areas on the southern countryside of Idlib dawn of today, except for shelling by the regime forces targeted places in Morek area in the northern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that several explosions shook Friday morning, the 4th of January 2019, the southern sector of Idlib countryside, caused by air strikes by warplanes targeted areas in al-Taman town by one raid, while two raids targeted al-Minzar Farm on the outskirts of Khan Sheikhan city which  caused injuries, where these strikes come just days after the airstrikes that targeted the western sector of Idlib Province, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 31st of December 2018 that several explosions rocked the western sector of Idlib countryside after the midnight of Sunday – Monday, caused by targeting by warplanes on places in the towns of Maraand and al-Z’einiyyeh in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city west of Idlib province, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the strikes targeted former headquarters of the factions in the area, amid preliminary information about the fall of human losses, and this is the first time for Idlib province to be targeted by warplanes since the demilitarized zone agreement that was agreed upon on the 17th of September 2018, after a binary agreement between Vladimir Putin and Receb Tayyip Erdogan.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also published yesterday that a child died affected by wounds he had shelling by the regime forces on places in Hass area at the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, in the southern countryside of Idlib province, raising to 170 the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of child as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Hass area, it also documented the death of 2 persons affected by the injury they had as a result of earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and Murak area, a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 56 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.
