After years of planting cells belong to the regime within the factions, the Air and military intelligence removes the most important founders of these cells in the eastern Qalamoun

Rif Dimashq province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from intersected sources that the Air Force Intelligence and the military security branch of the regime forces had arrested an important leader in the groups of the regime forces, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the military and air intelligence arrested the leader Qasim Khalaf, the most prominent commander of the National Defense Forces in al-Dumayr city at the Eastern Qalamoun, in the main market of the city, where a joint patrol of the two branches intercepted the car of the leader Qassim Khalaf aka “al-Kherban”, after intercepting his car in the center of al-Dumayr city’s market, they removed him from the car, insulted him, and then took him to an unknown destination, in conjunction with a military alert in the city to search for and hunt his remaining four brothers, the local sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the leader nicknamed “al-Kherban” is one of the first founders of the NDF in the areas of al-Dumayr, al-Rahiba, and Jiroud, where he and his brothers contributed to planting tens of sleeping cells of the regime forces in those areas, during the control of the rebel and Islamic Factions of them, and he had training headquarters at his headquarters in the Desert, where al-Kherban had a key role in recruiting tens of young people, after the “settlement and reconciliations” agreements and recruiting them in the ranks of the regime forces, after they used to be in the ranks of the factions, and reliable sources confirmed that his arrest came on charges of “trafficking in drugs and entering large quantities to areas in the Eastern Qalamoun.”

it is noteworthy that Shuhada’a Al-Qaryatayn Brigade was within the factions which a displacement agreement was reached with in the Eastern Qalamoun, where a final agreement has been reached between representatives of the Russians and the regime and representatives of the areas of al-Nasriyyeh, Jeroud, al-Atnah, al-Rahiba, al-Sharqi Mountain and Batra Mountain, according which about 6240 fighters and citizens have been displaced, while the meeting that took place between parties of the agreement on Thursday, the 19th of April 2018, led to a full agreement among them, which provides exit of all of who wants to from the factions of the area (Jaysh al-Islam, Ahmad al-Abdu Forces , Jaysh Tahrir al-Sham, Ahrar al-Sham Movement, Jaysh Osud al-Sharqiyyah, Shuhada’a al-Qaryatayn Brigades, Saraya Ahel al-Sham and members from Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham), in addition to the families of fighters and other civilians who refuse the agreement towards the Syrian, after handing over the medium and heavy weapons.
