The regime forces shell south of Aleppo and north of Hama and break the Russian – Turkish truce again

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations in the Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in al-Janabera village and places in al-Lataminah area in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the regime forces shelled places in Zammar village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, which  caused material damage in several areas of the town but no information about injuries, after a drone loaded with several bombs for a car belongs to Jaysh al-Izza on the outskirts of al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, and confirmed information about wounded among the fighters, and this is a new breach of Russian – Turkish armistice areas in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized areas, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Russian – Turkish truce areas in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, are witnessing the first violations after Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham imposed the control of the National Rescue Government over all its areas, and imposing its administrative and military control through an agreement with the National Liberation Front and Soqur al-Sham, where the regime forces targeted by about 20 shells areas in al-Lataminah town in the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with shelling places in Khalsa town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, but no information about casualties until the moment, this came after the caution calm that prevailed the demilitarized area and the Turkish – Russian truce areas since the sunset of yesterday until the morning of today Thursday, interrupted by the fall of shells launched by the regime forces this morning on areas in al-Tah village in the southern countryside of Idlib, which injured 2 people, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Russian – Turkish truce areas witnessed renewed bombing by the regime forces, which violated the truce agreement and the Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the towns of al-Lataminah and KafrZitta in the northern sector of Hama countryside within Putin – Erdogan agreement area, which has been in effect since the 17th of September 2018, but other than that, the cautious calm prevails the aforementioned truce and agreement areas, this comes in the wake of what was published by the Syrian Observatory this morning, where regime forces continued their shelling after midnight of yesterday on areas in the countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, where they targeted the outskirts and the surroundings of al-Lataminah, al-Sakhr, Jisat and other places in the northern countryside of Hama, also shells launched by the regime forces fell after midnight of yesterday on areas of Masada, Tal al-Kalbeh, Zarzour, and al-Khwyn in the eastern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, in the context of the continuous violations in Putin-Erdogan truce, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that regime forces renewed their breaches to the Russian – Turkish truce, through targeting areas where it has been applied since the 15th of August 2018, within the 4  provinces, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the regime forces targeted by about 24 shells, areas in the outskirts of Murak town and Al-Lataminah town and its vicinity, as well as other area in the villages of Lahaya, Latmin and Atshan, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while the SOHR monitored hours ago, shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of al-Khwyn and al-Zarzour in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, where the regime forces launched artillery shells in conjunction with opening the fire of heavy machineguns on the same areas, while the regime forces targeted areas in the land around al-Lataminah town, coinciding with launched a missile believed to be of a ground-to-ground on an area in al-Janabera village within the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about injuries, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the cautious calm prevails all areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area, where the calm has been prevailing since Monday evening until the moment, interrupted by the fall of shells launched by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday on places on the outskirts and surroundings of al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, and this calm coincides with the clashes that are taking place in the countryside of Idlib province and the northwest of Hama, while the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Monday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations in the Russian – Turkish truce, where clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas of Jam’eyyat al-Zahra’a and al-Leramoun area on the western outskirts of Aleppo city, amid exchange of targeting in the clash areas, the Syrian Observatory also monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the lands surrounding al-Lataminah town and al-Masasna village in the northern sector of Hama countryside, and other areas around Morek town in the same countryside.

And the SOHR has documented the death of 173 persons of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a man and a child in the bombardment on Darat Izza in the western countryside of Aleppo, also child was killed as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Hass area, it also documented the death of 2 persons affected by the injury they had as a result of earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and Murak area, a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 56 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.

 October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 56 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.
