Moving the displaced people continues from the east of Deir Ezzor to camps in al-Hasaka province by SDF amid popular discontent and assaults

Deir Ezzor province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: moving the displaced people from the countryside of Deir Ezzor to areas under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces in al-Hasaka Province continues, amid discontent against moving the displaced people among the displaced people themselves and residents of the area, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the last 24 hours the Syria Democratic Forces moving residents of al-Sekkah camp on the outskirts of al-Basira town in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, where Syria Democratic Forces forced them to load their tents and took them to camps in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, while residents of the area accused SDF of shooting a young man during a random shootout in an attempt to push the people to get out; according to what was confirmed by intersected local sources, while the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information from several reliable sources, that the Syria Democratic Forces began during the past 24 hours, the process of transporting displaced people from camps in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory, members of the Syria Democratic Forces surrounded al-Busayrah Camp for displaced people, which is located on the east bank of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and hundreds of displaced people from the camp were taken to camps in al-Hasaka Province, where tens of displaced people from the camp did not want to leave it, local sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that several men were beaten by members of the Syria Democratic Forces who surrounded the camp because they rejected  to be displaced, and according to the local sources; the pretext of the transfer were security reasons, and the Syrian Observatory managed to record a video showing the camp during the transfer of its residents to camps in the countryside of al-Hasaka province.

The Syrian Observatory monitored that it rose to 14800, the number of people who have gotten out of the organization’s enclave in December 2018, of different nationalities of Syria, Iraq Russia, Somalia, Philippine and other Asian nationalities, and about 12750 of them have gotten out after the decision of the American president Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, also the Syria Democratic Forces managed to arrest more than 580members of the “Islamic State” Organization, of who infiltrated with the displaced people and fled the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas, the sources confirmed that most of the arrests were carried out after information from the people who got out of the enclave about their infiltration, while others have surrendered themselves after they managed to leave ISIS last enclave.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the number of those who remained in the enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization is much lower than before, in conjunction with significant decrease in number of fighters, who were divided between supporters of the surrender and between escapee, dead, wounded, and searchers for escape from the area towards the west of Euphrates areas, while several sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the presence of fighters refusing to surrender who want to resistance to the end; and the presence of large numbers of mines planted within the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas; are still preventing the Syria Democratic Forces from taking full control of the area and put an end the presence of the organization east of Euphrates River, the local sources that managed to escape and exit from the enclave, confirmed that the organization is executing those who its arrests during their escape From the area; on charges of “going out to the land of infidel,” while those who went out have risked their lives in order to reach the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, , also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 19th of December 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the “Islamic State” organization executed 3 members in its last enclave in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, on charges of “smuggling civilians” out of ISIS enclave towards areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces at the east bank of Euphrates River, and in the same context, it turned out that among the people who managed to escape the enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization towards SDF areas; there were members of the Organization who were identified by civilians.
