The regime forces renew their violations to the Russian – Turkish truce through targeting to areas in Idlib and Hama and clashes in Aleppo neighborhoods

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations that targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in the outskirts and vicinity of Al-Lataminah town, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Tinah village in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, also clashes took place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the outskirts and western suburbs of Aleppo city, in the suburbs of Al-Sahafiyyen and Al-Rashideen, amid information about confirmed human losses in the ranks of the both parties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the violations continue increasingly in the Russian – Turkish truce areas in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted several areas of Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia,  but no information about injuries, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a young man in shelling by the regime forces targeted areas on the outskirts of al-Najeya village in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, raising the number of casualties during Putin – Erdogan agreement to 175 the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a man and a child in the bombardment on Darat Izza in the western countryside of Aleppo, also child was killed as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Hass area, it also documented the death of 2 persons affected by the injury they had as a result of earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and Murak area, a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 56 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces targeted the villages of Tina and al-Ferja, in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, also clashes took place in the vicinity of the abandoned battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib after midnight of yesterday, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions operating in the area, and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that violations continue in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and shell 10 villages, towns, and areas in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized areas with Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces targeted after midnight of yesterday places in Kabani area in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, and other areas in Masada, Tal Khatra, and Tal Kalba villages are dangerous and Tal Kalba located in the eastern countryside of Idlib, no information about casualties, while the regime forces renewed their targeting of areas in northern countryside of Hama, where they launched several artillery shells in the vicinity of al-Lataminah and the villages of al-Sayyad and M’aarkbeh in the same countryside, also the regime forces renewed the targeting this morning of areas in the villages and towns of Khalsa, Hmira, and Zammar in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, are witnessing great explosions caused by ground and missile shelling that targeted several areas where the truce and the agreement are valid, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored heavy shelling by missiles whose number exceeded 16 missiles, which caused the sound of violent explosion that was heard at far distances, where the missiles targeted Kafr Zita area in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Sakhr village in the same countryside, the regime forces also targeted areas in Khalseh village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of Al-Tinah and Al-Farja as well as Al-Khwaiyn, Um Jalal and Al-Taman’aa, in the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, without information about human losses.
