More artillery shelling targets Idlib Province and violates the Russian – Turkish truce and the agreement of both presidents

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored missile shelling carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday, targeted places in al-Lataminah, Morek, and Lahaya in the northern countryside of Hama, and other places in the abandoned battalion, Tawil al-Haleeb, and Masada areas in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, as part of the continuous violations within areas of the Turkish – Russian truce, after the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that violations renew from time to time, targeting the areas of the international – regional truces and agreements of disarmament, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling today evening, Monday the 14th of January 2019, by the regime forces targeting areas in Tawil al-Haleeb village and other places in the area of the Abandoned Battalion, in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, also the regime forces targeted areas in the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town and its vicinity once again, in the northern countryside of Hama, without information about human losses, after shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Lataminah town and its vicinity, within the demilitarized zone, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, after a rocket shell landed on an area in the Nile Street neighborhood in Aleppo which is controlled by the regime forces, while the regime forces targeted places in the Eastern Abu Ra’idah village in the northwestern country of Hama, but no information about casualties, also the regime forces shelled places in al-Mallah area in the northern countryside of Aleppo by several artillery shells, in conjunction with the flight of warplanes in the skies of the eastern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published a few hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces, and in the demilitarized areas under the Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the regime forces shelled areas in al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in Tal Khaznah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with targeting by the regime forces for areas in the vicinity of villages of al-Zakat, al-Arba’in, Tal al-Sakhr, and Hasraya within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that clashes of varying degrees of violence continued between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the factions, until after midnight of yesterday in areas on the outskirts and the western suburbs of Aleppo city, accompanied by exchange of targeting, but no information about casualties, and other that that the cautious calm prevails the Russian – Turkish truce areas and the demilitarized area since after midnight until now, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday night that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations that targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in the outskirts and vicinity of Al-Lataminah town, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Tinah village in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, also clashes took place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the outskirts and western suburbs of Aleppo city, in the suburbs of Al-Sahafiyyen and Al-Rashideen, amid information about confirmed human losses in the ranks of the both parties.

 

 

 

And the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Sunday, that the violations continue increasingly in the Russian – Turkish truce areas in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted several areas of Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia,  but no information about injuries, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a young man in shelling by the regime forces targeted areas on the outskirts of al-Najeya village in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, raising the number of casualties during Putin – Erdogan agreement to 175 the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a man and a child in the bombardment on Darat Izza in the western countryside of Aleppo, also child was killed as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Hass area, it also documented the death of 2 persons affected by the injury they had as a result of earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and Murak area, a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 56 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 12 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 76 members of the regime forces and their allies.
