Escalated clashes against ISIS members who refuse to surrender, and vehicles believed to be British enter the front lines along with the entry of trucks to transport the remaining civilians and those wishing to exit

Deir Ezzor province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition, continue their operations to control what remained for the “Islamic State” Organization on the east bank of Euphrates River, where the mines continue to hinder the progress, in addition to the remaining ISIS fighters who chose to fight until the end, the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that SDF and the Coalition want to end the existence of the Organization, where the clashes are concentrated in the vicinity and outskirts of al-Baghuz Foqani town, which was controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces during the last 48 hours, and in the vicinity of what is left of farms and communities at the east bank of the river which are still under control of the Organization, which is desperately fighting to survive or to open a safe passage to another area towards the ​​Syrian or Iraqi territory, also the Syrian Observatory monitored during the last 24 hours the Syria Democratic Forces seizing tens of vehicles and machineries of from the areas that were controlled by the Organization, in addition to targeting by the International Coalition for the areas that remain under the control of the Organization from time to time, in an attempt to disperse the remaining ISIS members who are mostly of non-Syrian nationalities.

The Syrian Observatory monitored this morning, Thursday, the 24th of January 2018, the entry of two columns of forces of the International Coalition to the front line area, where the first one included 7 Hummer vehicles and the second one included 6 vehicles, they entered the front area, and the sources suggested that both columns belong to the British Forces stationed on Syrian territory, and the Syrian Observatory also monitored the movements of 2 American Hummer vehicles with 2 artilleries and 2 military vehicles to and from the front lines with the remaining enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization, in conjunction with the entry of 13 trucks to the same area, to transfer the remaining residents and those wishing to exit of ISIS members and their families towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an increase in number of casualties since the start of the military operation to end the presence of the “Islamic State” Organization from the entire area east of Euphrates, where it rose to 1179 the number of members and leaders of the “Islamic State” Organization, who were killed in the clashes, detonations and raids, while it rose to 637, the number of fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces who have been killed since the 10th of November to 10 December 2018, also the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that it rose to 388 people including 141 children and 86 citizen women (including 96 Syrian citizens including 96 children and 57 women of Syrian nationality) since the 10th of December 2018, also the “Islamic State” Organization had executed more than 713 detainees, of who were arrested on various charges including security members and members of the Organization who tried to break away of it and escape its controlled areas, and the executions were carried out inside headquarters and detention centers of the Organization, and within its controlled areas which are today confined to the towns of Sha’afah, al-Susah, al-Baghuz and villages of Abu Hasan, Bo Badran, al-Marashdah, al-Shajla, al-Kashmeh, al-Safiya and al-Bukhatir suburb east of Hajin, which extends along the east bank of Euphrates, along with its last enclave in the deserts of Homs and Deir Ezzor.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that it monitored the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition forces continuous, to advance in what remained for the “Islamic State” organization at the east bank of Euphrates River, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: the forces of SDF and the International Coalition have advanced last night, and they were able to control the whole town of al-Baghuz Foqani, and by that, the “Islamic State” organization has lost its last town in the Syrian territory, while the Syria Democratic Forces are sweeping the town in search of those who were hiding in it. They also continue their offensive towards the remaining farms and communities at the east bank of Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory monitored a large collapse in the ranks of ISIS members, after the exit of thousands of civilians within 24 hours of the Organization’s enclave after previous exit of thousands of people including hundreds of ISIS members, as well as the death of hundreds of ISIS members in the military operations that began on the 23rd of January 2019, and if the Syria Democratic Forces were able to control the remaining farms; then they will be ending the presence of the Organization in the east of Euphrates completely.

Also, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the exit of more civilians, from the last of what remained for the “Islamic State” Organization, in conjunction with the advancements of the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition in the last remaining part for the Organization, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the exit of more than 200 people of children, men, and women to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas on board of civilian vehicles, raising to 5100, the number of people who have left the Organization’s enclave during the last 36 hours, including about 500 members of the Organization, and with the exit of more people it rose to 27150 the number of people who have gotten out of the organization’s enclave since early December 2018, of different nationalities of Syria, Iraq Russia, Somalia, Philippine and other Asian nationalities, and about 25100  of them have gotten out after the decision of the American president Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, including about 1800 members of the organization of those who infiltrated within the displaced people, and they were arrested after the residents recognized them and reported the security services about their infiltration, and the other group surrendered themselves after they managed to get out of ISIS last enclave, also people of those who fled confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the organization is greatly collapsed, and it cannot resist no more, where the organization depends in repelling the attacks, on the heavily-planted landmines, the booby trapped vehicles and the “suicide bombers”.
