The regime escalates the violations in the truce and the agreement of both Presidents again and targets 11 areas since this morning in the sectors of Idlib and Hama
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted on the morning of the 5th of February 2019, areas in Jarjanaz town in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man within the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and the Syrian Observatory also monitored ground shelling by the regime forces targeted the villages of Om Jalal, al-Halba, al-Raffah, and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, while areas in the towns of al-Tamanah, al-Khwyn, and Sukayk in the southern countryside of Idlib were shelled by the regime forces, the regime forces also targeted the outskirts of the areas of Hasraya, Janabera, and Tal Osman in the northern sector of Hama countryside, which caused material damage but no information about human casualties, while the Syrian Observatory monitored on the morning of today, Tuesday, that a cautious calm prevailed areas of the truce of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Russian President Vladimir Putin, since after midnight of yesterday and until the morning, except for shelling targeted areas in the villages of Janabera and al-Sakhr in the northern sector of Hama, while the Syrian Observatory documented the injury of 3 fighters of the factions in shelling by the regime forces targeted the abandoned battalion area in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside on Monday evening, while the Syrian Observatory published yesterday night that violations are continuing within the alleged demilitarized zone, and the areas of the truce between the Russians and the Turks, where the regime forces heavily targeted places in Zammar, Tal Bajer and Marudah in the southern countryside of Aleppo, which resulted in the fall of wounded in Zammar, while places in the vicinity of Qalaat al-Madiq in the north-western countryside of Hama, and Tal Othman and Al-Bana in the northern countryside of Hama, where subjected to rocket shelling by the regime forces, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that more violations in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting by the regime forces using published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting places in the areas of Jabal al-Turkman in the northeastern countryside of Latakia and other areas in the villages of al-Janabera and Tal Atman in the northern countryside of Hama, and the villages of al-Raffa and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, accompanied by opening heavy machineguns’ fire and launching mortar shells on areas in Khirbet al-Naqous, and outskirts of Zayzoun Power Station in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, coincided with renewed shelling targeted areas in Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, al-Ziyara in its northwestern countryside, and other areas in al-Eis town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, also the factions operating in the northern countryside of Hama targeted by rocket shells positions of the regime forces in the vicinity of Jurin town which is controlled by the regime forces in the western countryside of Hama, after the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that regime forces and militiamen loyal to them continue to breach the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces and in the demilitarized areas of Putin – Erdogan, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in al-Khwyn town and the villages of al-Zarzour, Om Jalal and the outskirts of the reservoirs of Khan Shaykhun in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with targeting by the regime forces using artillery shells for areas in the vicinity of al-Ziyara village in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and other areas in al-Sakhr village in the northern countryside of Hama, also areas in al-Eis town in the southern countryside of Aleppo were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage, this came after the regime forces targeted by their rocket shells after midnight of yesterday places in the vicinity of al-Najeya and Bidama and their vicinity and outskirts in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, and other places in the area of the abandoned battalion and Tal al-Sultan in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, while areas in Morek, al-Sakhr, and al-Bana in the northern countryside of Hama were under rocket shelling by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday, in conjunction with a similar shelling targeted places in Zayzoun area in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, within the constant violations in the demilitarized area and areas of the Russian – Turkish truce.
And the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations to the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the Syrian Observatory learned that the regime forces shelled Tal Sultan area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, they also targeted the areas of Tal Othman and Al-Bana village as well as the vicinity of Al-Sakhr village, in the northern countryside of Hama, along with shelling in Jazraya area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, amid exchange of targeting between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the vicinity of Jazraya area, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted places in Hayyan area in the northern countryside of Aleppo, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, while a fighter was killed in targeting him in al-Mshirfah in Idlib countryside, raising to 213 at least, the number of people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, 67 civilians including 25 children and 9 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, among them 3 were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 65 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 14 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 81 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.
