Renewed ground shelling by the regime forces targets the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and of the deal between both presidents

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations by the regime forces, which targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in Sukayk town and Tar’a village in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, while the regime forces shelled the areas of Murak, Al-Sakhr and M’aarkaba in the northern sector of Hama countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, the Syrian Observatory also monitored clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the southern sector of Aleppo countryside, while the SOHR monitored that the regime forces launched flairs over Qalaat al-Madiq on the administrative border between Idlib and Hama, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on the vicinity of the power station in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, also the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Ziyarah town in Sahl Al-Ghab in the same countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on places in Murak area in the northern countryside of Hama, while the regime forces targeted places in Sukayk area in the southern countryside of Idlib, after the shelling that targeted areas in Kafr Nabudah town in the northern countryside of Hama since today morning, which caused material damage and injured 8 persons at least, also shelling by the regime forces, targeted areas in the vicinity of Al-Najiyeh town in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city, in conjunction with artillery and rocket shelling that targeted areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia, while the regime forces targeted areas in the vicinity of Qalaat al-Madiq area on the administrative border between Idlib and Hama, also the regime forces targeted on the morning of the 5th of February 2019, areas in Jarjanaz town in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man within the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and the Syrian Observatory also monitored ground shelling by the regime forces targeted the villages of Om Jalal, al-Halba, al-Raffah, and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, while areas in the towns of al-Tamanah, al-Khwyn, and Sukayk in the southern countryside of Idlib were shelled by the regime forces, the regime forces also targeted the outskirts of the areas of Hasraya, Janabera, and Tal Osman in the northern sector of Hama countryside, which caused material damage but no information about human casualties.

While the Syrian Observatory monitored on the morning of today, Tuesday, that a cautious calm prevailed areas of the truce of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Russian President Vladimir Putin, since after midnight of yesterday and until the morning, except for shelling targeted areas in the villages of Janabera and al-Sakhr in the northern sector of Hama, and the SOHR also documented the death of at least 213 people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, 67 civilians including 25 children and 9 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, among them 3 were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 65 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 14 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 81 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.
