21 were killed yesterday including 2 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and 19 other people

In Idlib Province, a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on areas in Kafrnebbul town.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an assassination in al-Raqqah city by cells believed to belong to the “Islamic State” Organization, where unidentified gunmen shot the head of a Local Council of al-Hadiqa al-Bayda’a neighborhood in al-Raqqah city, the former stronghold of the Organization and its capital in Syria.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unknown gunmen assassinated a member of “Ahrar al-Sharqiyyah” from al-Mayadin city east of Deir Ezzor, where he was shot near Jarabulus town which is under the control of “Euphrates shield” factions in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.

7 SDF fighters and 9 ISIS members were killed in clashes and attacks east of Euphrates.

And 2 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in shelling and clashes against the “Islamic State” Organization and the factions.
