More than 72 civilians, fighter, and members were killed the last 10 days of intense ground and aerial shelling on areas of the truce and agreement

The successive escalation of shelling continues in the 4 provinces where the regime and the Russians are escalating; Turkey is silent, provoking the people of the areas that are not controlled by the regime, in order to expand their influence later with a ground advancement operation that would provide them with strategic roads, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored in the last 10 days, the escalation of aerial and missile bombardments, where the warplanes carried out several raids on areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the last 3 days, while the regime forces has not stopped the rocket shelling escalation leaving tens of casualties and wounded, as well as casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them and the factions, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 72 people, they are 48 civilian citizens including 16 children and 9 women, they were killed in shelling by the regime forces on areas in the countryside of Hama and other areas around it, including a child girl was killed in bombardment by warplanes on Khan Shaykhun, including 3 were killed in shelling by the factions including a child, and 9 fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions and 15 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.

The Syrian Observatory published in the last few hours that violations repeated in an escalating manner in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces and the “demilitarized” areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today, the 26th of February 2019, the escalation and continuation of violations within the 4 provinces, where the warplanes carried out 2 raids on areas in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib and another raid on Saraqib town in the eastern countryside of Idlib, which injured several people, while the regime forces stepped their shelling targeting areas in Kafr Zita town and the villages of al-Sahriyya and al-Sakhr in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, in conjunction with targeting other areas in al-Ziyara town in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, also the regime forces targeted by several mortar shells areas on the outskirts of al-Tamanah town, Sukayk village, the abandoned battalion, Saraqib town, Tal al-Sultan, and Taweel al-Haleeb in the eastern and southern countryside of Idlib, and areas in the villages of al-Mestriha and al-Karkat in Jabal Shashabo in the southwestern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage.
