14 were killed yesterday including 3 members the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and 11 other people

In Idlib Province, 5 citizens were killed, they are 2 women killed in shelling by the regime forces on areas in Khan Shaykhun city, and 3 children were killed in shelling by warplanes on areas in Khan Shaykhun city.

In Aleppo Province, the body of a man working as a bus driver was found on the road between the villages of Tal Sh’eir and al-Heimer in the countryside of Jarabulus city in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, and no information about the causes and circumstances of his death.

In Deir Ezzor Province, a young man was shot dead by the Turkish border guards “Jandarma” while he was trying to cross to Turkey from the northern countryside of Idlib.

The death toll in the al-Hool camp rose to 51-mostly children-, the number of people who died as a result of the poor human and living conditions, and most of them have died as a result of diseases whose complications have increased during the journey of arrival to al-Hool camp, the last of which were 2 people who died one in the camp and the other one in the hospital.

The Syrian Observatory also monitored unidentified gunmen firing a person in Sarmin town in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, which killed him.

Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a child affected by injuries he had in 2 consecutive explosions in Idlib city on the 18th of February 2019.

And 3 members the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were injured in shelling and clashes against the “Islamic State” organization and the factions.
