In conjunction with Trump’s statements…the Coalition warplanes target movements of the organization in Al-Baghuz farms and its vicinity and get ready for their final operation in the area

At the time when the US president, Donald Trump, announced in a brief speech about the recovery of all territories from the “Islamic State” organization, the latter is still present with hundreds of its fighters and unknown numbers of citizens remaining with it, its members’ families and its commanders, in Al-Baghuz farms in the Eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, near the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where ISIS commanders with the remaining fighters who refuse to surrender whose number exceeds 260 fighters, try to defend their last stand, while the US-led International Coalition with the US-backed Syria Democratic Forces, are seeking to end the presence of the organization completely in the area, sweep it and impose their full control over it, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored bombardment by the International Coalition warplanes which targeted movements by the members of the organization in the vicinity of Al-Baghuz farms in conjunction with bombardment that targeted other positions in the area, amid continued preparations for carrying out a military operation against the organization in the case of completing the evacuation of the citizens and the families of its members who want to leave.

And the SOHR monitored hours ago, that the exit of more people and batches, from Baghuz farms near the east bank of Euphrates River towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, and the Syrian Observatory monitored the exit of a new batch of about 930 people -including about 60 men- aboard several trucks, and in the last two batches which got out on Wednesday the 27th and Thursday the 28th of February a significant decrease in number of people who got out of the farms between al-Baghuz and the east bank of the river, raising to 52680 the number of evacuees documented by the SOHR since the 1st of December 2018, of different nationalities like Syrian, Iraqi, Russian, Somali, Filipino, and other Asian and western nationalities since the beginning of December 2018, among them there are more than 50680 people have gotten out the Organization’s enclave since the decision of the US President Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, including about 5392 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, and the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality, who have been arrested among the displaced people, after the residents were able to identify them and inform the security forces about their infiltration, while another part of them handed themselves over after they managed to get out of the last enclave of the Organization, also the Syrian Observatory learned that during the past days and weeks about 300 ISIS members managed to infiltrate through the Euphrates River to the largest and last remaining enclave of the Organization in the Syrian Desert within the areas that are controlled by the regime forces, Russians, and the Iranians in north of Palmyra.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today that at least 30 trucks entered in the morning of the 28th of February 2019, to the farm area between Baghuz and the east bank of Euphrates River, where it is expected for a new and large batch of people to exit the area in the next few hours if everything goes as planned, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new batch of who remained in farms between Baghuz and the east of Euphrates River have gotten out towards the Syria Democratic Forces’-controlled areas in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: more than 700 people including a lot of Turkestan and Asians -including about 40 members of the “Islamic State” Organization- have gotten out towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas and arrived in these areas aboard 15 trucks, while the exit of more trucks during the next hours is expected, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the fighters were transported aboard cars to the base of the International Coalition in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the batches are still coming from the east of Euphrates farms in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor near al-Baghuz area, carrying with them more casualties of children who have not been able to withstand the weather and health conditions in areas of presence of the Organization, during the journey of displacement towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where the batch that arrived yesterday night Tuesday, the 26th of February 2019, to al-Hool camp had a deceased female child, she died after her health got worse, which increased the number of casualties in the al-Hool camp to 51 -mostly children-, the number of people who died as a result of the poor human and living conditions, and most of them have died as a result of diseases whose complications have increased during the journey of arrival to al-Hool camp, the last of which were 2 people who died one in the camp and the other one in the hospital, and the increase in casualties has sparked resentment among the displaced people, who confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the United Nations is responsible for the deaths of their children and their families, and that the United Nations bear the primary responsibility for all this failure through their corrupt organizations which insult the displaced people, while the international organizations have enough with media data that gives them points on the international humanitarian scene.
