328 ISIS members surrender and come out within more than 3100 people towards SDF-controlled areas east of Euphrates

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the exit process continues since this morning, where the remaining civilians and families of members of the “Islamic State” Organization and its members continue to get out, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the increase of number of people who have gotten out on Tuesday, the 3rd of March 2019, to 3140 people including more than 328 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, while it is expected for hundreds to get out of the tunnels and trenches in the lands around al-Baghuz, and the Syrian Observatory monitored the start of violent clashes between the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, against those who remained and refused to surrender of members of the Organization in the agricultural lands around Baghuz, amid intense shelling and exchange of targeting in the clash areas and the flight of warplanes of the International Coalition and targeting the area, and it is not known there are families of ISIS members or civilians in the area or not, and with the exit of more people, since the 16th of March 2019, it rose to 17490, the number of people who have gotten out of Baghuz camp, tunnels, and trenches within the farmlands of al-Baghuz area in the east bank of Euphrates River in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, including more than 2040 members of the “Islamic State” Organization of Syrian, Iraqi, Asian, and western nationalities, they reached areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces aboard tens of trucks that entered the area of in which they gather each time, to take them to al-Hool camps and to sort the fighters and transfer them to centers and detentions of the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, while the information about the numbers of those remaining in Baghuz tunnels and trenches is still unavailable, while warplanes of the Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces are shelling the areas in which the remainder members of the Organization are present, of who refuse to surrender to the Coalition Forces and the Syria Democratic Forces.

Also it rose to 57620, the number of people who have gotten out and documented by the SOHR since the 1st of December 2018, of different nationalities like Syrian, Iraqi, Russian, Somali, Filipino, and other Asian and western nationalities, among them there are more than 55620 people have gotten out the Organization’s enclave since the decision of the US President Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, including about 6040 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, and the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality, who have been arrested among the displaced people, after the residents were able to identify them and inform the security forces about their infiltration, while another part of them handed themselves over after they managed to get out of the last enclave of the Organization, also the Syrian Observatory learned that during the past days and weeks about 300 ISIS members managed to infiltrate through the Euphrates River to the largest and last remaining enclave of the Organization in the Syrian Desert within the areas that are controlled by the regime forces, Russians, and the Iranians in north of Palmyra.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that  the Syrian Observatory monitored violent explosions in the eastern sector of Deir countryside since last night until now, caused by aerial bombardments by the International Coalition warplanes and ground shelling by forces of the Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, targeting areas in the vicinity of al-Baghuz camp and other places in farms of the area, in conjunction with heavy machine-gun targeting for the area, and reliable sources confirmed that the shelling coincided with the arrival of those who wish to leave Baghuz farms to the outskirts of the safe road, waiting to exit and to be transferred towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, but no civilians have so far been seen arriving in SDF areas, also the Syrian Observatory learned that this shelling and exit coincided with a meeting in al-Omar oilfield between the command of the Syria Democratic Forces the International Coalition, to discuss the final chapter of the last chance operation in Baghuz farms, which will completely end the presence of the Organization from the east Euphrates area as a military force, while these bombings coincide with successive explosions in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor at the sunset and evening of Monday, the 4th of March 2019, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the explosions were caused by aerial bombardments by International Coalition warplanes, targeting the area between al-Baghuz farms and the camp there in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, near the east bank of Euphrates River, in order to pressure on the rest of members of the “Islamic State” Organization there; and to prevent them from launching any possible attack or trying to flee at night under the cover of darkness, also this shelling comes to pressure the Organization’s members to get out with their families who want to get out tomorrow morning, to join the last batch which came out of Baghuz  farms and included about 1600 people including 300 ISIS members, the majority of them were of Turkestani, Central Asian, Iraqi and non-Syrian nationalities, and it is not yet know whether members of the “Islamic State” Organization may already remain in the farms, tunnels, and trenches in Baghuz farms area or not, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources, that the process of exit from al-Baghuz farms is still underway until now, where it rose to about 1600, the number of people who have gotten out today, Monday, the 4th of March 2019, including about 300 members of the “Islamic State” Organization of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, the majority of whom are of Iraqi, Turkistan, Central Asian Nationalities, all of them have gotten out to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas on board of tens of trucks, where the operation is expected to stop this evening, and may be resumed tomorrow to get more of the remaining people out of Baghuz farms -if any-, also the Observatory’s reliable sources confirmed that the exits took place at the request of members and its remaining leaders in al-Baghuz farms, where the civilians and members of ISIS families were present in a camp on the east bank of Euphrates River, also reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the end-of-organization process is expected to be completed within the last 48 hours, either through the complete exit for the rest of ISIS members and leaders from al-Baghuz farms, or by resuming the military operations and terminate the presence of the members who reject to get out.
