Clashes in Der-Ezzor and human losses in Idlib countryside

Der-Ezzor province: Clashes taking place between regime forces and ISIS in Hweja Saker, no reports of losses. 

Idlib province: 4 civilians killed by barrels bombardment on al-Bara town in the Zawiya mount. Warplanes raided Tal Selmo and al-Hamedia in Abo al-Dohor military airport.
