(Video and Pictures) SDF spread in Baghuz Farms to begin the decisive operation and bring military reinforcements to the area after the exit of tens of thousands

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Syria Democratic Forces and the factions under their command, starting to deploy in Baghuz farms area and the vicinity of Baghuz camp area in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside at the east bank of Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory monitoring the storming forces advancing with the support of vehicles, artilleries, and heavy machineguns, to start the decisive operation which will end the presence of who are left of the “Islamic State” Organization east of Euphrates, after the exit of tens of thousands of civilians, fighters, and families of ISIS members of the organization’s areas of presence, control, tunnels, and trenches at the east bank of Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights recorded a video showing the movements of SDF in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published hours earlier that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the start of movements by the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition Forces to carry out the decisive operation, to terminate the “Islamic State” Organization by eliminating who is left of its members, who refuse to surrender and get out of trenches and tunnels previously dug by the Organization in Baghuz farms to take cover in them, and this comes after the Observatory learned that preparations coincide with targeting in some areas, between SDF members against the remaining ISIS members, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the exit of more fighters and the Organization’s families during the last 24 hours, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the exit of about 220 persons, including about 130 members of the Organization, who came out of tunnels and trenches of the Organization in Baghuz farms and surrendered themselves to the Syria Democratic Forces during the last 24 hours, while the Syrian Observatory monitored anticipation for the exit of more batches towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas.

The Syrian Observatory documented since early December 2018 the exit of 59000 people out of Baghuz farms and ISIS enclave before being besieged within this area, including more than 57000 people have gotten out the Organization’s enclave since the decision of the US President Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, including about 6300 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, and the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality, who have been arrested among the displaced people, after the residents were able to identify them and inform the security forces about their infiltration, while another part of them handed themselves over after they managed to get out of the last enclave of the Organization, also the Syrian Observatory learned that during the past days and weeks about 300 ISIS members managed to infiltrate through the Euphrates River to the largest and last remaining enclave of the Organization in the Syrian Desert within the areas that are controlled by the regime forces, Russians, and the Iranians in north of Palmyra.

At the same time, the Syrian Observatory documented the transfer and handover of hundreds of members of the “Islamic State” Organization and its fighters to the Iraqi authorities, and the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: about 400 members of the “Islamic State” Organization including members of western nationalities were transported and handed over to the Iraqi army.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that  the military operation which is being prepared by the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition to end the presence of who remained of the Organization in Baghuz farms area and within its trenches and tunnels, has been postponed indefinitely so far, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the military operation was postponed because of the presence of prisoners of the Syria Democratic forces with the remainder of the Organization, in addition to the presence of civilians and families of the Organization and its members and leaders in tunnels, trenches, and farms of Baghuz, where the handover of prisoners and the exit of who remained out of these tunnels and trenches is being anticipated, also the preparations are underway for the exit of a new batch of the Organization and its families and the remaining civilians, to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that hundreds of people of families of the Organization and its members and leaders of different nationalities; have gotten out of Baghuz farms area, where the tunnels and trenches exist including tens of the Organization’s members, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the Syria Democratic Forces is in trouble as the exit from Baghuz farms did not end, despite the repeated deadlines given to ISIS members, their families, and civilians in ISIS enclave, while the Syrian Observatory monitored a state of surprise among those who follow the developments of the east Euphrates the rest of the Organization, their families, and the civilians, from these large numbers that have gotten out of tunnels and trenches in the area.
