Syrian Observatory: Qusad receives the arrest of a suicide bomber from a suburb of Raqqa

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Tuesday that the Syrian Democratic Forces (Qods) had arrested a suicide bomber from the Islamic State Organization (Da’ash) in the Karama area of rural Rigga.

The suicide bomber was riding a motorcycle with a machine gun and wearing an explosive belt and was arrested during the last 24 hours while trying to blow himself up in a funeral procession for one of the
dead, the observatory said in a press statement on Saturday.

The Observatory pointed out that this comes a day after the killing of three Syrian tribal leaders and a component of the Syrian Democratic Forces (Qdas) in a suicide bombing targeting tribal leaders and the Syrian Democratic Forces in the new village of Al-Khabour in the province of Raqqa.
