The fighting in Al-Hool Statelet and the break up of the quarrel leaves a number of injuries of the families of ISIS members inhabited in the camp after assault against an Iraqi woman

Al-Hasakah Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the fight which took place in Al-Hool camp in the south-eastern sector of Al-Hasakah countryside, resulted in the injury of several persons as a result of the fighting by hands and white weapon and while defusing the engagement by the Internal Security Forces ((Asayish)), and the SOHR learned that a number of injuries are of the women of the “Islamic State” organization, of those who got out in the recent weeks and months to the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces, and the SOHR published hours ago, that it monitored a new case of chaos in the camp, through a fight that took place between 2 displaced people in al-Hool camp between displaced Syrians and Iraqi refugees, which called the internal security Asayish forces to intervene and defuse the fight, amid continuation of the tension that began after a displaced Syrian beat an Iraqi woman in the camp, while the Syrian Observatory just published that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources, about the death of more children in al-Hool camp, which turned to a statelet of al-Hool due to the large numbers of displaced people, which reached about 70000 displaced people mostly came from the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas, tunnels, and trenches on the east bank of Euphrates River, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: at least 42 children died during the last week, due to poor health and living conditions, lack of medicines and food, and acute shortage of medical care, due to the inaction of international organizations which -for weeks- have had enough by data and media statements, without doing something up to the scale of tragedy and catastrophe in the camp, which has become one of the largest camps in the east of Euphrates area and in the Syrian territory, raising to 159, the number of children who have died since the end of December 2018 until the 15th of March, in a continuation for the death chain in the camp, which is suffering difficult humanitarian conditions after being transformed into a small state with mostly children and women members of the “Islamic” Organization, and reliable sources from inside the camp confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the people in the camp are suffering mainly from the lack of medical supplies and health care, in addition to the decrease of food and lack of movements by the international organizations, and the absence of some others about what is happening in al-Hool camp, in which the daily problems are starting to worsen.

Reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that most of the children who died were at most 12 years of age, some were newborn and others were infants, and the citizens said that the reasons were the diseases the children had when they were in areas of presence of the organization east of Euphrates, as well as the lack of medical and health care for the people who arriving in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas and al-Hool camp, and at least 69 of the deceased died since the 25th of February 2019, the date of increase of casualties more, while reliable sources confirmed that insults and threats were observed by members of the organization saying to the camp’s protection members: “we want our husbands from your jails, we are not afraid of you, you must be afraid of us, we want to get out of the camp.” they also attacked a medical point in the camp and smashed its windows demanding the release of their men and relatives detained at prisons of SDF, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a storm uprooting and sabotaging more than 100 tents in al-Hool camp area in the southeastern countryside of al-Hasakah, near the Syrian-Iraqi border, which displaced the people who were living in those tents and kept them out in the open, where they joined again hundreds of other families who are living without tents, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received confirmed information about the infiltration of new families into the Turkish territory or to areas controlled by “Euphrates Shield” Operation forces in the northeastern sector of Aleppo countryside, through paying money for smugglers which is about $650 USD per person.

In addition to the increase of numbers of people who arrived to the camp from areas on the east bank of Euphrates River, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the United Nations teams continue to refraining from distributing sufficient numbers of foodstuffs, medical supplies, and the daily life and camp necessities, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the committees working in the camp -which supervise the distribution- taking bribes in exchange for distributing equipment, tents, and aid which exist and stacked in the warehouses of UNHCR and the United Nations, while last mentioned request to secure the road for the delivery of aid, also the reliable sources confirmed that one of the distribution administrators -who is a staff member of UNHCR and the United Nations- insults the displaced people and considered them as members of the “Islamic State” Organization, not to mention the major theft of relief allocations from United Nations warehouses in the capital Damascus towards the east Euphrates area.
