Security chaos expands toward Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) through a new bombing targeting Turkey’s leftist party which fights alongside SDF

Al-Hasakah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the renew of security chaos within al-Hasaka province, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: an IED exploded in Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) city targeting a car carrying members of a leftist Turkish party which fights alongside Syria Democratic Forces, killing at least one fighter and injuring others members of the party, and the Syrian Observatory published in October 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a funeral was held for 5 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces and of members fighting on their side, who were killed in former operations in Al-Raqqah city, and among the fighters there are 4 fighters of the Communist Marxist-Leninist Party, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 7th of March 2019 that an explosion rocked Al-Qamishli city which is located on the Syrian – Turkish border, it was caused by the explosion of stun grenade by unidentified gunmen, near Al-Hilaliyyah dispensary, which caused material damage, without information about human losses, and an explosion rocked Al-Hasakah city on Monday evening the 4th of February 2019, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the explosion was caused by an IED explosion in a person while he was trying to plant it in Al-Nashwah Al-Gharbiyah area in Al-Hasakah city, which caused his immediate death, separately, the Syrian Observatory monitored another explosion in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, where an IED exploded in Al-Sa’dah village, and it is not known whether a commander of the Syria Democratic Forces was killed in this explosion, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 31st of January 2019, that it monitored an explosion in al-Qameshly city located on the Syrian – Turkish border, where intersected sources confirmed that the explosion was caused by a detonation believed to be an IED thrown in the area by unknown gunmen, near a post of the regime forces on the outskirts of al-Arbawiyyeh area  near the al-Bashir mosque, on outskirts of areas of presence of the regime and areas of presence of the Kurdish internal Security forces “Asayish”, which injured a woman and a child and preliminary information about more wounded, and the Syrian Observatory published in early December 2018 that the Syrian Observatory published at the beginning of December 2018 that an important commander in the Community Protection Forces aka “Essential Protection Forces” working in the border city of Qamishli with Turkey in the northern countryside of Hasaka, died affected by the injury he had in the explosion that took place this morning in Qamishli city, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that an explosion was heard on Tuesday, the 4th of December 2018, in Qameshly city at the border with Turkey, it was caused by an IED explosion in a military vehicle at Halku junction in the Kornish area of the city, where the explosion targeted a military vehicle belongs to the so-called Community Protection Forces, which injured 2 members, and the injury of one of them is critical, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on in the 30th of June 2018 that  a violent explosion was heard today evening in the center of Al-Hasakah city, it was caused by the explosion of a booby trapped motorcycle in the area of Al-Ghassaniyah School near Al-Qahirah Cinema, in the center of the city, which resulted in the fall of a number of wounded, and the intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory, that the detonation targeted one of the headquarters of the Syriac Security Forces “Sutoro”, which resulted in the fall of a number of wounded amid confirmed information about the death of one of them.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 24th of February 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources that sleeper cells are preparing to carry out operations in the east Euphrates area, against the Syria Democratic Forces and their security forces in their controlled areas east of Euphrates and in Manbij, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Observatory that these cells belong to the regime and linked to Turkey, the sources warned of operations that these cells may carry out against personalities, fighters, and leaders of the Syria Democratic Forces and the democratic self-administration. This information came in conjunction with an assassination attempt against a figure working at the Self-administration relations office in al-Qameshly area, where he was shot by unidentified gunmen.

And the Syrian Observatory published on the 16th of August 2017 that a commander in the Marxist-Leninist Party, known as “MLKP”, died of injuries sustained during the past 48 hours in a military operation executed in Al-Raqqah Province. In addition, 5 fighters and field commanders, of non-Syrian nationalities, were injured in the same position. He is considered the 5th non-Syrian fighter to lose his life since the start of the Grand Battle of Al-Raqqah on the 6th of June 2017, along with one British, two Americans and one Georgian.

The SOHR documented previously at the end of May 2017 the death of two commanders, including one who belongs to the Turkish Left Party and another to the Marxist-Leninist Party, as a result of shelling, bombings and in clashes with ISIS as part of the “Euphrates Wrath” Operations. The SOHR had also published two years ago that the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party “MLKP” formed its first Battalion in Ras Al-Ayn city (Sari Kani) under the name of “Al-Shahid Sarkan” (the Martyr Sarkan), who used to be one of its fighters before he died in clashes with ISIS in the countryside of Ras Al-Ayn city. The Battalion includes foreign fighters of several nationalities. Sources confirmed to the SOHR that 8 fighters of the abovementioned party were killed in previous clashes with ISIS in several areas in Al-Hasakah countryside and Ayn Al-Arab (Kobani) countryside, including a German female fighter, who is considered the first fighter to lose her life while fighting on the side of YPG in the countryside of Tal Tamr town in the first third of March 2015.
